“Close to the highway and accompanying smell and noise but the room was nice and I thought the service was exceptional. Very friendly, helpful staff and they all spoke English, which was great since my Spanish is terrible (getting better). The breakfast was fantastic. Airport shuttle leaves once per hour and only took about 15 minutes to get us there in the morning (rush hour traffic goes the other way). For the price, a very good value.”

“Excellent service in this hotel. All staff are incredible, particularly Jasmin who cleans the room and Esperanza. We had a very small problem at the start but the reception staff upgraded our room straight away. Breakfast is included and really good quality too.”
