“While I was not the guest in this location, I can definitely commit about the experience. My cousin decided that his Thanksgiving wias going to be spent with me. Due to the temporary housing equation, he could not stay with me. Thus the need for the Courtyard by Marriott. The service was wonderful and the room was perfect. This hotel is situated across the street from the Providence Place Mall. Based upon my observations, I am very satisfied with this location.”

“The hotel staff and the room were definitely not upto the standards. One of our worst hotel stays ever.
The room was not equipped with 1) toiletry- body lotion- we asked for it and we were told they don’t have it 2) chipped bathrooms that made it look like a motel 3) not even a trash bin. Even a 2 star motel would provide all the amenities for the high price
The front desk staff are discourteous and are either on their phones or just stand there chatting away, also clear with their lack of ability to at bare minimum be apologetic for their lack of inventory. the cleaning staff are rude for minimal requests, because we had a dog with us we wanted to make sure no one opened the door when we weren’t around- so we tried informing them that we do not need room service to which the reply was a rude “no we won’t do it anyway”.
This is seriously not Marriott standard and we would never be booking here again!”
