“To me, it was one of the lower quality experiences of Hilton hotels. Staff was friendly, rooms clean, beds comfortable. I stayed on the 16th floor. Room had an odd smell though. I cannot confirm that warm/hot water comes fast (evening or morning). Very weird: a cappuccino or other coffee specialties are NOT included in the breakfast and need to be paid extra ... That is not the case in other hilton hotels. Generally, breakfast is okay but not as I'd be used to from Hilton hotels. There is a free shuttle service from the airport. However: the complimentary service from the hotel to airport can be unreliable ... Meaning: it can happen that the scheduled pickup has a delay of > 1 hour or doesn't show up at all. Thats particularly annoying if you have an international outbound flight. Travellers be aware of that. I was told they only have one shuttle bus. My preference will be again the Hilton Garden Inn which scored better on all the critics I had here. It's also closer to the Airport.”

“Lovely hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Wonderful shower!!! Restaurant is excellent with great range of food and fabulous service. And amazing views overlooking Bogotá - looking forward to our next stay already!!!”
