The hotel was a great value! Just a 10 minute walk from the craziness/liveliness of El Poblado. Super clean rooms and very friendly service. Let me tell you... The 10 minute walk is UP HILL, so be prepared... 😅 The breakfast fine, nothing notable. The hot water was hit or miss. At times, it couldn't get up to tolerably warm. But then it would be good an hour or so later. Overall, a lovely experience and a great price.

Terrible experience, The AC stopped working in middle of night and there was no help or support offered. Stayed up all night and hotel didn't care to sympathize or offer reimbursement. Also remember not to invite any guests/partner when staying at this hotel, they will charge you 40 USD for that. I made the mistake of only putting up single occupant when making reservations. I heard neighbours from other rooms loudly all the time too. IMO this is the worst place to stay in Medellin.

Great boutique hotel with great value. We had two rooms which were well sized for 5 people. The hotel looks like it is new or recently renovated. Very clean rooms. The bar area was t open but on request they were able to sell a bottle of wine to us. Breakfast is included but was just okay. There’s complimentary coffee available all day which was nice. It’s 15-20 minute walk to downtown restaurant area. We chose to walk during day and take cabs at night. Quiet location

The staff here is great. Very helpful and attentive and always willing to help with recommendations or arrangements. The rooms were comfortable and spacious, and the included breakfast was very good with plenty of choices. Two things to be aware of. First, the wifi does not reach every room. We were in 303 and although we could connect, the wifi would cut out every few minutes. In the lobby it works fine. Second, the hot water is not constant or immediate. It takes some time to get there; one time it took five minutes to warm up.

I've stayed on this hotel twice this year. Staff is excellent and their manager Isabel accommodated my every need. Feels like home. The chefs Diana and Maria are awesome.. I had a medical procedure done on my second stay and I requested soup for the evening. Not only did they cook the chicken soup but the restaurant stayed an extra hour open so our family could eat. The location is excellent and very safe. I will be coming back on October for a 3 week stay!!
