“I don't normally leave reviews but sometimes really feel it is important that I do Here's the bottom line, they were very K9 friendly for my "kids". The main reason, though, was because of their awesome employee, Alejandro! Even though I was checking in late, he was very cheerful, helpful, and full of Florida "good vibes". It was obvious that he enjoyed his job and interacting with guests. And, because I've managed a resort before, I know how important it is to hire individuals that know how to make guests feel genuinely welcomed during the check-in process. So, I compliment the management at this Element Hotel for hiring Alejandro. Thanks again for the positive experience!”

“This hotel is a dream come true if you like to fish and be around some beautiful people!!! Christine at the front desk was a excellent person, she made my stay comfortable, as well as the other hosts, hands down, GREAT hotel, customer service top notch, great location, if you're not driving, train station 8 min walk, get anywhere you want, rooms are excellent!! Oh, and all the shuttle drivers are excellent!! Take you where you need to go!!”
