The finest hotel my wife and I have stayed in. We got a great rate as part of the conference we were attending at the convention center next door. The hotel staff were incredibly accommodating, from valet to front desk to room service. Our room on the 19th floor offered a stunning view of downtown Austin, and featured luxurious toiletries and robes along with a lovely soaking tub and bath salts. We also enjoyed a lovely couples massage at the hotel spa, and an unforgettable dinner at the hotel's fine dining establishment, Garrison. In the morning, a delightful breakfast spread was delivered quickly after I called in the order. A sublime weekend trip!

Highly recommended. Professional and friendly staff. I ordered a mini fridge for my room and it was sent right away. Spacious rooms. The rooftop pool is gorgeous, well maintained and delicious frose! Excellent location for conference and walking around. Target and Whole Foods are nearby if needed. When I come back to Austin, I will stay here!

This hotel is one of the highest rated in the area. I've been staying here for a very long time. If you choose this place you won't be disappointed. My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful with anything that we needed. This hotel is in an excellent location in downtown Austin. Our favorite part was the pool and hot tub, it offered a great view of downtown and was very relaxing and clean. We found that the price of the hotel was very reasonable and would recommend anyone visiting Austin to stay here!

Uma questão: Ótima localização, hotel moderno, bonito e sofisticado. Quarto grande e tranquilo, com linda vista, janela gigante e claro, com cofre no quarto. Funcionários prestativos Ótima academiaO frigobar do hotel é pequeno e cheio de itens caros. CUIDADO: A geladeira possui um sensor de movimento para itens. Se você não for usar e pagar preços altos, nem abra a geladeira. Eu tive problemas. Eles escrevem um aviso na porta do frigobar, que não é muito claro. Devem avisar no check-in e com letras grandes no armário onde fica o minibar, para evitar situações desagradáveis para quem tem curiosidade inocente de ver o que tem no minibar ou tentar guardar alguma coisa. Eles deveriam mudar a política do frigobar para evitar esse tipo de problema que eu sei que é comum no hotel. Mas eu informei o hotel imediatamente, depois de verificar o minibar e eles não cobraram. Eles também trouxeram gratuitamente um frigobar vazio para armazenar produtos.

Nice hotel and our stay was good. Minus one star because it took calling 3 times to be able to reach someone on the phone after we left. I recommend emailing them for faster communication. Other thing was when booking through my google search, it stated parking was free but it was actually $50 nightly for valet during a peak weekend. I would still return here for future visits and recommend it to others.

One issue: Great location, modern, beautiful, upscale hotel. Quiet large room, with beautiful view, giant window and of course, with in-room safe. Helpful staff Great gym The hotel's minibar is small and full of expensive items. TAKE CARE:Fridge has a motion sensor for items. If you are not going to use it and pay high prices, do not even open the fridge. I had problems. They write a notice on the door of the mini fridge, which is not very clear. They should let you know at check-in and with large letters on the cabinet where the minibar is, to avoid unpleasant situations for those who are innocently curious to see what is in the minibar or try to keep something. They should change the minibar policy to avoid this type of problem that I know is common in the hotel. But I informed the hotel immediately, after checking the minibar and they didn't charge. They also brought an empty minibar for free to store products.

Great hotal.. Can get real busy at times so elevators can be a little slow from time to time just give yourself a few extra minutes when leaving room and everything will be fine. The room were great, pool amazing but pool also can get busy on the weekends so get up early and save a spot or you want have one. The restaurants are all great went to all of them and the main bar was also great good beer selection it just got super busy at night and lines to get a drink were long but who cares your in vacation. Overall it was a great hotel would definitely stay again.

We clearly reserved for four guests and got only three towels while we got charged $30 for each guests 3 & 4; must be running tight in the laundry dept. The wait for the elevator (I am NOT kidding!) was almost 20 minutes, all kept coming full. We ended up taking an UP elevator and then ride it all the way down. On the way down people on every floor were fuming. Then we ended up having to walk down the stairs with suitcases to be able to grab a different elevator system. Then the check-out line (I wanted my receipt) was over twenty people long! Also be prepared for completely over-priced EVERYTHING! This place's priority is making money, all the rest like customer satisfaction, service, etc. are second and third hand. Oh, and parking is just shy of $50/day!! Never, EVER again!!

The hotel was very nice and clean. Service was top notch, over all very happy with the stay.I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5 mainly because of their sneaky parking fees. If you want to use their garage it’s $44(?) per day, or you can do full service valet for $52(?) per day. They should be more transparent about these charges prior to booking otherwise your only other choice is street parking far from the hotel.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for 3 nights and had a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and helpful with anything that we needed. This hotel is in an excellent location in downtown Austin. Our favorite part was the pool and hot tub, it offered a great view of downtown and was very relaxing and clean. We found that the price of the hotel was very reasonable and would recommend anyone visiting Austin to stay here!

We had a few small problems when we first arrived but they were quickly resolved. Management made a thorough effort (that even extended after our stay had concluded) to make sure we were satisfied and had an enjoyable stay.I have always enjoyed staying at Fairmont Hotels and I highly recommend the Austin location.

In light of covid-19, I felt very safe at this hotel. The staff was very kind, very accommodating. My pregnant wife wanted a room with a tub and they made it happen. They ended up upgrading us for free with an amazing view as you can see attached since it was I guess a slower day when we booked. We didn't even ask for it but it was so amazing of them. I definitely will be coming back, room service and food was amazing. All around, such a wonderful experience at a great price. Attached is the picture from the room that we had.

Hotel amenities, location, aesthetic, and staff are top notch. Unfortunately upon arrival, I discovered the bathroom in my room had not been meticulously cleaned. This did not give me great confidence that the rest of my room was thoroughly cleaned, especially in the midst of a pandemic. The staff were quick to compensate me with some food items, but having walked into a dirty room really put a damper on my overall stay.Additionally, the showers in the bathrooms have very poor temperature control, particularly late in the night. My temperature setting sporadically swings from just right to scalding hot, which made it quite unpleasant. I did not expect this at a hotel of this caliber.

Everything about this hotel was amazing, the staff the rooms, the cleanliness and precautions during the time of COVID. I could not ask for a better stay! Room 2535 has a view you will never be disappointed with you can see the sun rise and set!

It was cold, my husband and I didn't get to go outside, but the staffs are wonderfully excellent. One of the staff, William he took our luggage to our room, his customer service and professionalism are incredibly outstanding. All the staffs were friendly. I went to the bar, and the staffs over there were friendly and amazing. I will give this hotel a 10-star period.

I love it here. Got a room on the gold level floor and the lounge is very nice. My room has a superb view, the staff are very friendly, and the food downstairs is also really quite good. The towels are really nice and big and the bathroom is a very grand and exciting experience. So are the beds. Unfortunately, as with many hotels, the pillows are a little flat. Not sure why, but I think having some of the flat variety and then some a little bit higher might provide good pillow diversity and allow for more quality rest. Otherwise 10/10 would reccomend!

Our two night stay at this gorgeous hotel was simply amazing! Loved their food, drinks at their roof top bar and restaurant. The rooftop pool is beautiful and has food service. We felt like we were in a 5 star resort with perks of being in the city. We will be back for sure once we visit Austin again.

5-star service. Front desk staff were quick, efficient, kind and very helpful. I’d like to specifically recognize Diego for his outstanding service and genuine kindness when we had him bring something up to the room. Be aware that parking is pricey ($40 for a night)... but at least there was no resort fee. Room was clean and everything was well stocked. Would recommend this hotel!

El Hotel es muy limpio y el personal muy atento, pero no es adecuado para visitarlo con niños ya que en la piscina fuman marihuana,se ven muchas manifestaciones de amor entre los homosexuales y en los baños de la piscina se ven muchas cosas que no me parece que un niño de 5 y 7 años tengas que estar viendo. No tengo nada en contra con la sexualidad de las personas pero si pienso que hay sitio para cada cosa.

Thought it was great. Wife and I spent our anniversary week here to work remotely but getaway at the same time. Really enjoyed it. Didn’t eat at the restaurant, but had a great time by the pool. Room was up to high standards and service was top notch all around. Definitely made our Tuesday Anniversary more fun.

Trying to find adequate words to describe how much we loved our stay at the hotel. Beautiful facility, clean, and the amenities are amazing. We were only there for one over night, but the staff was supportive, helpful, and accommodating to our every needs. The hot tub is very large and the pool was the perfect temp and gorgeous. The view from the 21st floor was awesome and relaxing. The morning in-room coffee Nespresso machine and electric kettle for hot tea was great! We didn't use the mini bar but nice to have that option. Can't wait to go back! Definitely all of the hotel staff made the whole experience the best possible.

Hotel muito bonito, amplo, boa piscina. Única coisa a reclamar foi o chuveiro. Praticamente não tinha pressão para tomarmos banho. Ficamos no 26o. Andar. Acredito que seja por problemas de pressão, por ser andar alto. Mas isso não pode ser justificativa para um hotel de luxo como esse.
