O hotel é antigo e está passando por reformas. Sofremos com a água fria no chuveiro. A limpeza também deixou a desejar, tanto no apartamento como no hotel em geral. A piscina também estava suja, com muita gente. A praia do Hotel tem muitos barcos e uma pequena faixa de areia. Café da manhã ok com reposição lenta. A única coisa que gostei foi a localização, pois está próximo ao centro, calçadão e restaurantes. Acredito que pelo preço esteja dentro do esperado. Para um melhor serviço você terá que pagar pelo menos o dobro do valor da diária.

Me sorprendió que estánen reparaciones grandes Y las consecuencias, y no me avisaron. Es desconsiderado un solo ascensor de servicio para todo el hotel en un paso de entrada y salida muy desagradable. La tina del baño es horrible, asquerosa y el agua calientese demora 17 minutos en subir. Y pagué casi 700 mil diarios. Por último me cobraron sumas que no tenían sustentación, y casi me deja el avión por estar en ello. Hay buena voluntad del personal de trabajo. En tres años será maravilloso.

Accedí a un pasadía allí y la atención fue buena una ves se colocaron de acuerdo. Las instalaciones están cerradas en gran proporcion por arreglos locativos lo que dificulta el aprovechamiento de las instalaciones. Observe muchos lugares que deberían estar tapados por reblujos hay enseres en desuso. Los baños sociales muy sucios pude observar cero limpieza. Me da la impresión que que ya tienen un buen nombre y no hacen mucho por hacer honor a esa fama.

Me hospedé para fin de año del 2021 y el plan full con las tres comidas es muy bueno (variedad de comida) pero el servicio del personal en la recepción es pésimo y los que sirven los snacks son muy groseros…. No me volvería a hospedar ahí, es muy caro para el mal servicio que se recibe como turista, ya que no te brindan soluciones y no cumplen lo que prometen al momento de reservar. Además las instalaciones necesitan mantenimiento, definitivamente en la isla se encuentran mejores hoteles, a mejores precios y mejores experiencias.

El hotel está en remodelación, están haciendo un ascensor exterior y hay que usar el del servicio. Bastante olor a baño, en los pasillos.Las habitaciones están muy deterioradas, vidrios sucios, la limpieza en ropa de cama estuvo bien igual que el servicio del personal. Eran las 8.30 y ya se escuchaban taladros y oficios por las remodelaciones, deberían avisar antes de reservar estos inconvenientes para así elegir si tomar o no el servicio. La comida del restaurante regular. Es un hotel grande, lo recordaba de buen nombre... Pero deja mucho que desear. No volvería. Dentro de la estadía en la isla hay mejores opciones por los mismos precios

Tuve los oportunidad de almorzar en el restaurante de este hotel y lo recomiendo 100%. Delicioso Menú, tipo Buffet a un excedente precio y puedes repetir cuántas veces quieras, siempre y cuando tú organismo te lo permita, de lo contrario, las porciones de alimentos que dejes, te los cobraran como un vale adicional, ya que su política es que sólo tomes los alimentos que puedas consumir y de manera que no haya desperdicio de alimentos.100% cliente satisfecho

A mi esposa y a mí nos encantó el hotel, por su ubicación, excelente servicio y deliciosa comida, además de que pudimos disfrutar de bebidas todo el tiempo. El personal tanto de recepción como room service nos hicieron sentir muy bien desde el comienzo hasta el final. Es cierto que el hotel se nota viejo y las habitaciones pudieran ser más modernas, pero vimos que están en reparaciones y mejoras. Esperamos que aplique para todo el hotel.

Probably the worst hotel I've even been to. The front desk staff were not giving us any attention for a while and didn't say hello. There's only one elevator that was also being used by the construction workers. Once we got up to the room, there was a lot of dirt, unpleasant smell and everything looked pretty beat up. We ultimately left and went to a different hotel.

All inclusive is not actually all inclusive. There was construction when we stayed that we were not made aware of. Only 1 elevator for the entire building. Very small beach area. Wifi works ONLY in the lobby. Would not recommend.

Hotel estava em reforma. Isso pode ter atrapalhado um pouco na avaliação. Tirando isso, eles precisam melhorar em alguns pontos. A hostess do restaurante é um pouco rude (certa vez, fechou o buffet do almoço às 13:30 e não foi clara em explicar o motivo). No bar do lobby, as meninas que estavam fazendo o drink, claramente não são preparadas. Pedi um gin tônica de frutas vermelhas e ela fez com hibiscos, sem frutas e ainda agitou a o drink, o que fez a tônica perder todo gás.No bar da piscina, nunca tinha cerveja gelada. Sempre precisando de mais uns 10/15 minutos de freezer.No mais tudo muito bom. A reforma que está sendo feita é de fato necessária

Excelente para descansar,habitaciones muy cómodas y con una vista espectacular al acuario, la comida es sabrosa y generosa. Tiene una playa pequeñaen dónde se puede hacer careteo, y la piscina es un buen plan si se va conniños pequeños El personal muy amable.Lo recomiendo con todo incluído, ya quebuscar sitios de comida en la isla es complicado. Tienegimnasio y muchas otras cosas. inmejorable la relación calidad precio.

Biggest disappointment ever!! The hotel is falling apart. You can see that nothing has had any kind of maintenance in a very long time. We got food poisoning from the breakfast buffet. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

I never write reviews, but I really want people to be aware of this hotel. My expectations were high after looking at the pictures online, but I was disappointed by pretty much everything. The hotel used to be one of the best of the island, not anymore. It needs a lot of upgrades and maintenance, the price you pay doesn't translate on the service you get. I am sure I could have find a better place to stay, but unfortunately I didn't read the reviews before booking. I was at the hotel only to sleep and eat breakfast, Thanks God I spend all my time outdoors enjoying the island!

Como todos já sabem, a hospedagem na ilha não tem um bom custo benefício. Atendimento é bom, mas a infraestrutura não chega nem perto de qualquer pousada beira de estrada no Brasil. Somos abençoados aqui.

this hotel what you see in the photos is a lie the pool is super dirty the room is always wet you have to be careful when you go to pay other tourism agencies because you will always have problems and you will have to pay more money .the only thing that is good is breakfast in the morning my best advice never use this hotel I was a very bad experience so that it does not happen to you.I give it one star

We arrived as a group and the reception was a mess. Some of our group was double booked or did not have a room ready for them for 5 hours. When we asked for the management, we could not get any help. We could not talk to anyone in a supervisory position. WiFi is spotty and is only available in the lobby. Upon checking out there were added charges that were not disclosed prior to checking in or booking

Worst hotel!

Hotel is example of a disaster. Dirty, fungus and bad service. You can smell of a damp everywhere. Rooms have fungus in air and we requested to change room. We switched room few time with no results...
