“Desayuno completo, habitaciones muy bonitas, hotel a 10 min del Zoo Palast (que era lo que me interesaba) y personal muy amable, sobre todo destacar a SANDRA, que desde el primer día nos facilitó mucho la vida al intentar hablar con nosotras en castellano. Muy simpática y cercana.”

“I have stayed here multiple times and the location (a block off the Ku'Damm) is great.Rooms are nice and staff is friendly and helpful.Only one problem is tat there are insufficient outlets; I couldn't charge my laptop AND my cellphone at the same time with one outlet easily available.Ultimately I found one under/behind the desk on the floor which was essentially unreachable.Breakfast was great, with real plates (not -paper) and a good suggestion of German/European and American style options;”
