“Clean, comfortable place to stop with the family to break up our drive to Florida. Nice up-to-date room (standard Hampton Inn - no surprises), comfy beds, and fantastic breakfast spread. My kids loved all the hot & cold options, and we appreciated the coffee & tea bar and the spacious common dining area. Friendly & helpful staff.”

“I ended up sleeping on the floor for a few hours, and then in my car for the rest of the night. The day before my reservation, I called the hotel to confirm that I could have a roll away bed, and the person I talked to said yes, so I made the reservation. The night of arrival I found out that when you call the hotel and select the option to make a reservation, it forwards you to a corporate line without notifying you. Apparently none of the double queens at this hotel are allowed to have roll away beds due to a city fire code for the size of the room, but the corporate reservations line isn't informed of this. The breakfast was pretty good. Acabei dormindo no chão por algumas horas e depois no meu carro pelo resto da noite. No dia anterior à minha reserva, liguei para o hotel para confirmar que poderia ter uma cama dobrável, e a pessoa com quem falei disse que sim, então fiz a reserva. Na noite da chegada descobri que quando você liga para o hotel e seleciona a opção de fazer reserva, ele te encaminha para uma linha corporativa sem te avisar. Aparentemente, nenhuma das rainhas duplas neste hotel tem permissão para ter camas dobráveis devido a um código de incêndio da cidade para o tamanho do quarto, mas a linha de reservas corporativas não é informada disso.
