“Not a very well maintained hotel. Checked in and the room was incredibly warm. The engineer came by, thank goodness, and it was a simple clean of the filter. What a difference!! Says a lot about management. At best, this hotel is only worthy of 3 stars. The standard rooms are old and outdated. They have refurbished rooms, but they are a different price category. Responses from hotel will say this, but you have to pay for it!!”

“The hotel is neat and clean! The family room was of a slightly old style, but much bigger than we expected, which was great. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the service at the hotel restaurant during the breakfast buffet was fantastic - especially Mr Samer. Overall a lovely experience at the hotel. Also, the location is fantastic. Despite there being a train and underground strike, we were able to use the bus to get to all the places we wanted to, fairly quickly. Would definitely stay there again!”
