Um excelente Hilton, com bom serviço ao cliente. Os hospedes Honors top tier (Diamond) recebem tratamento diferenciado. Nas quatro vezes que hospedei-me no Hilton Madrid Airport recebi upgrade de quarto mediante a disponibilidade.Espero que esse breve relato ajude a outros viajantes a escolherem o seu próximo hotel. :)** Meus relatos são baseados em experiências reais como viajante em mais de 200 diferentes hotéis em 4 continentes, principalmente das redes Hilton e Accor.

Me aloje por trabajo.Me pareció un hotel fantástico, una habitación muy amplia y con vistas al wanda metropolitano.Cuenta con ducha y bañera, una pena no haber estado más tiempo para poder probarla.Incluimos desayuno bufet con gran variedad.Sin duda una muy buena opción y que tendré en cuenta en mi próxima visita a Madrid

Hotel atractivo por su nombre. La habitación a la altura, amplia, cómoda, limpia y completa. El baño muy atractivo con todo tipo de amenitis. Ducha algo resbaladiza. He echado de menos disponer de albornoz para descansar un rato en la habitación después de la ducha o baño. Tv grande con variedad de canales internacionales. Caja fuerte y plancha con tabla. La cama amplia, cómoda y magníficas almohadas de plumas. Confortable mesa de trabajo. Me ha parecido muy caro el minibar y el agua disponible en l habitación (5€ botella pequeña). Precio razonable para un hotel de esa categoría. Servicio amables en bar y recepción.

He estado alojado unos días con mi pareja y repetiremos sin duda. En recepción, Ruth y Juan, fueron muy amables y nos dieron varias indicaciones para lograr llegar al centro comercial. La habitación estaba limpia y la cama es muy cómoda, además tienen unas cortinas muy opacas que no dejan pasar nada de luz. Por la zona del bar tomamos unos cócteles que preparó Julián y comimos en su restaurante “La Reserva”. Fernando y Marina nos atendieron y prestaron un buen servicio a pesar de tener bastante gente comiendo a la vez. Comimos Lubina y Tagliatelle, estaba todo buenísimo. Todo el personal que se va cruzando contigo te saluda con una sonrisa y es de agradecer, siento no acordarme de más nombres. Volveremos muy pronto. ¡Gracias!

Aunque el hotel sea de 4 estrellas, creo que le sobra las puntas de alguna de ellas. La insonorizacion de las habitaciones se deben repasar porque se escucha mucho el ruido exterior. Su equipacion es justita. En cuanto la comida, la calidad-precio es exagerada y sin sentido en los tiempos que estamos. Deben de cuidar más el detalle de confort.

Hotel típico de la cadena en cuestión. Habitaciones amplias. Buena atención. Ubicación cercana a la terminales del aeropuerto de Madrid. Unos 5 minutos a la terminal 1 y unos 15 minutos a la terminal 4.

Nice hotel bear airport. Large rooms for Europe's standards. Rooms were clean and very spacious. I only had an issue with a recliner that was breaking apart. It had seen better days. Staff was very nice and attentive. We ordered take away using an app. I can't tell you how the food was. We did get a few drinks at the bar and they were pretty good. Enjoyed my stay.

Overall a fantastic hotel. Only reason for the 3 stars, is the horrible incompetent airport shuttle driver. He saw us standing in front of the locked van. Didn’t come up to us for 15 minutes while he smoked with 2 other drivers from other hotels. They did help out their clients. Once our driver was the only left, he put out his cigarette, got in the van and started to drive away. I had to bang on the van for him to stop. No apologies. Other than that, the hotel staff was great. Good elite recognition. Nice upgrade. The bathroom unfortunately lets a lot of light in as there is no curtain installed and the bathroom walls are glass. Plenty of plug ins. Great breakfast spread. It does have an executive lounge but a really weak one at that, don’t bother wasting your time with it outside of a happy hour.

Pasamos una noche antes de viajar.Está al lado del aeropuerto.Excelente hotel, no me gustó la cantidad de espejos en el baño, pero fuera de eso la habitación preciosa. El restaurante también muy bueno y la cama cómoda

Muy limpio, funcional y con excelente servicio. Encontramos excelentes precios en temporada alta. No es mala opción aún cuando el destino sea la ciudad. Cuartos amplios y modernos. Cuando fui lamentablemente tuvieron un percance en la piscina y no estuvo disponible pero me avisaron inmediatamente. Sólo les sugeriría un shuttle a la ciudad porque el metro está a a unos 15 minutos caminando, -1 ⭐ de Location por eso, pero 5 ⭐ en general! El shuttle que tienen al aeropuerto es cómodo, puntual y conveniente.

Amazing hotel near the airport. Fantastic rooms and facility. The breakfast is amazing. I will always say here. If you want to be in the center of Madrid you can walk to the subway. This is agreat place, the staff go above and beyond to be helpful. Highly recommend.

Great stay for the night. Shuttle to/from airport. Check in fantastic (Thanks to David!). Room clean and spacious with a great shower and relaxing jacuzzi tub for my tired body after 30 hours of travel. Executive Lounge a nice respite from a busy day. Breakfast was plentiful with a great selection. Would stay here again definitely!

I always stay here because it’s near the airport and has a very convenient shuttle. The hotel itself is immaculately clean and well maintained, and the staff courteous and very nice. My small issue is their pillows - they’re too soft for my liking and don’t help with a good nights sleep. Their breakfast buffet isn’t too great either. The bacon is always gummy and hard, the last four times I’ve stayed.

Stayed one night for convenience to airport. The staff were efficient and friendly for checking in/out. The bar and restaurant staff were great - even though it was quite busy, they were attentive and efficient. The room was large and well appointed. It was very quiet and I had a great sleep. The free shuttle to the airport was really a bonus! I recommend this stay!

Good hotel in the Hilton brand portfolio. Shows some signs of aging but is kept up well. Amazing sound proofing! April 2022: executive lounge is still closed, but the sign on the door says there's an alternative benefit. Turns out to be a nice tapas plate plus two drinks at the bar. Staff is very friendly and communicates much better in English than the average service employee. Airport shuttle runs every 30 minutes, but requires reservation! One more tip: the power outlet by the bed you'd logically use to charge your phone gets turned OFF when you use the master light switch. Oops!

It's okay for a layover but far from the best Hilton I've every stayed in. After arriving at MAD airport I had to search for the shuttle bus first. Then, getting to the hotel took a bit longer than expected because we first had to pick up passengers at other terminals.The hotel itself is fine. The room was big but I had absolutely no view. The breakfast and service on the other hand were great.

Tudo 5 estrelas, menos a maneira como fui recebido. Não compreendo como um hotel de 5 estrelas pode receber um cliente desta maneira. Não me apresentaram o quarto, nem tão pouco me acompanharam ao elevador (que ficava a uns bons 80 metros da recepção). Isto fez com que a primeira impressão fosse completamente arruinada. De resto tudo 5 estrelas, o conforto, limpeza e atenção ao detalhe no quarto era algo de muito bom para esta gama de preços. A decoração do hotel e a sua arquitectura também são satisfatórias. A velocidade do wi-fi poderia ser melhor. Stream de video, era penoso, sempre a soluçar... Não usei as instalações todas, mas tem piscina interior. Tirando o primeiro contacto com o recepcionista tive uma experiência 5 estrelas, os restantes recepcionistas não foram como o primeiro.

Quanto ótimo, cama e chuveiros padrão Hilton (maravilhosos), piscina, academia, bom cafe da manhã e atendimento. Eles possuem van que te leva do aeroporto ao hotel e vice-versa, assim como tem van que leva até o centro. Só não curti o lounge, de todos os hotéis da rede Hilton, esse lounge é o mais fraco no que se trata dos petiscos (tapas). Nesse caso específico acho que não vale pagar a mais pelo quarto executivo.

Ótimo hotel com quartos espaçosos e bem modernos. Tem uma arquitetura bastante interessante que torna a experiência de usá-lo algo memorável e prazeroso. O café da manhã é bem farto e variado. O único ponto desfavorável ao meu ver é a localização.Ele fica distante do centro então é melhor para tripulações e pessoas que fizeram uma parada no aeroporto.

Used the hotel for an 18 hour layover. Great experience right from the start with the shuttle bus and driver. Reception and check in were excellent, and made our overnight stay very enjoyable. We had a lovely corner room with a fantastic bathroom and whirlpool bath. Breakfast was good though very Iberian (coffee the only hot drink available). Gym and pool were closed for refurbishment. Would definitely stay here again. One of the few hotels to recognise and celebrate our Hilton Honours Diamond status.

Cerca del aeropuerto y con muy buena combinación de metro cerca. Limpieza de la habitación mejorable. Bastante confortable la habitación. Transfer gratuito al aeropuerto (excelente). Buen desayuno buffet. Recepción amable. Y quiero realizar un agradecimiento especial a Giselle y a Carlos que durante nuestras 2 semanas de estancia, conocían nuestros gustos y ya sabían lo que queríamos tomar. Se preocuparon ambos, de que todo fuera perfecto. Son los dos muy resolutivos y demostraron una excelente profesionalidad y amabilidad. Sus días libres los echamos de menos y francamente notamos el cambio. Gente como ellos son los que hacen que vuelvas al sitio o no... El agradecimiento de mi familia, en especial, a Carlos y Giselle 👏👏👏

Hilton never fails to deliver. Very comfortable rooms. Airport transfer included. Breakfast was standard, no hit food stations unfortunately. The pool and gym were undergoing a maintenance during our visit.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. However, I was very disappointed with the restaurant serving the same menu everyday. They should include a "today's special" for variation. I was only able to eat in the restaurant twice due to the menu issue. Other that that, my experience at this hotel was perfect!

This hotel was great for the price, location and employee staff. Everyone was warm and helpful and there are plenty of shopping and food options near by. It is worth staying if you need to be close to the airport.

Muy conveniente ubicación si llegas tarde a Madrid. Para su categoría, sorprende no encontrar champú y solo gel de ducha. También fue raro no encontrar lapicero y alguna hoja donde anotar. En otros hoteles de esta categoría siempre encuentras eso. Resultó conveniente el kit de café/té de cortesía que se encuentra en la habitación. Por lo demás, muy bien la habitación, las camas, la limpieza y la insonorización.

Para quem precisa de uma parada no aeroporto de Madrid esta é uma excelente opção. Hotel novo, ambientes modernos e quarto super aconchegante. O serviço foi cordial e atencioso em todas interações. E para quem tiver a oportunidade de jantar no local, o restaurante oferece ótimas opções de carnes e vinhos, a preços bem razoáveis. O café da manhã é servido em um atrium muito bonito e amplo, com extensa variedade de opções. Foi uma ótima experiência!
