“Great hotel in a great location. Came to Miami for a Heat game & loved our stay. Super friendly staff, especially the 2 gentlemen at the front desk I forget their names (I’m so sorry, I could be wrong but I think the one gentleman is Ariel) but they were super awesome & helpful. Everything was great & we really enjoyed our stay. Will definitely stay again when we come back!”

“I feel like for the price it was not worth it. The hotel needs an overhaul. The lobby is updated and inviting but the rooms and other areas need updating. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and eager to please.
The location is great right across the street from Bayside. Our room was ok. The tub was terrible. The bottom of the tub was squishy and I could feel and hear water sloshing under it. very strange. There was a slight step from the room t the bathroom that we kept tripping over. The walls are very thin and I kept waking up due to slamming doors and loud folks next door. There was also a hole in the floor of the middle elevator. It was covered with a rug, when I stepped in I could feel my foot go down. I peeked under the rug and there was a hole. ”
