This hotel is beyond amazing. Fabulous champagne breakfasts every morning. Great strong cocktails in the evening. Cleanliness is second to none, and the staff are truly remarkable. The spa is amazing and Uber relaxing as well. We will most certainly be back. I cannot recommend enough.

This is a relactivley new place in downtown Reykjavik. It is lovely! The rooms are nice and cozy. The hotel is in a central location making it easy to walk to all the places in and around downtown Reykjavik. We stayed here just for the night, but loved it!

Centrally located hotel with easy walks to the harbour, many bars & restaurants and the main shopping street. Rooms and breakfast are very good - the only downside being the noise from heating radiators during the night. Reception staff were very helpful.

Exceptional service, professionalism at the highest level. My partner and I went there to celebrate NYE and his birthday, the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive to all our requests. We were some of the first few guests in the hotel so it was spotless, clean, tidy and gorgeous. New years eve dinner was a delight, so good! Specially the cod, it was great. Shout out to the bar staff Richard and Yannis. Also special thanks to the reception team, blonde lady with tied hair who unfortunately we didn’t get the name and the evening receptionist who always made sure we had breakfast for our tours even before the time. Ps: experience was so good that we extended our stay and end up staying 3 extra nights in the hotel.
