“Una de las habitaciones estaba con suciedad (polvo y residuos), no funcionaba el aire acondicionado (estaba roto) y no había mando a distancia de la TV”
— Josu L.Z.
“The hotel is ideally located for the Pier Head and the Albert Dock. The staff are all friendly and helpful. We had two breakfasts and one dinner. The food was well presented and tasty. We got a free upgrade and our room overlooked the river with a fantastic view of the Liver Building. The bed was king sized and verycomfortable and warm. As in most hotels these days the lack of decent lighting was problematic. The bathroom was compact including the bath itself. The shower was very powerful and the water was always hot. Good value for money and I would stay again.”
