“El hotel está bastante bien, las habitaciones muy amplias. El desayuno buffet bastante bien. También cenamos un par de días y todo lo que probamos muy rico. El personal muy amable y destacar la atención de Isabel que estaba en el comedor y coincidimos con ella en las cenas y algún desayuno, muy amable y pendiente de todo. Y por último la ubicación perfecta, muy cerca de la mezquita, del barrio judío,el Alcazar... Recomendado 100%.”

“I have no idea why this hotel has such good reviews!! First of all, this place is super hard to find and you when find it, its much to be desired, super run down hotel, the pool is disgusting and missing tiles all over; this place is clean but super dilapidated! I get it, its an old town but we passed by some really nice hotels! Finally when we got to out room late at night our A/C wasnt working and the staff in charge barely acknowledged this!! When we spoke loudly to complain, they threatned to call the cops! So unnecessary (2 women alone in our travel party). Finally, a really nice young lady came to de-escalatethe situation and offered us another room; which did have working a/c.Needless to say, we wont be going back to this place! Ohhh and they charge $25 euros per person for a mediocre breakfast! The most expensive breakfast in all of Spain! Not even in Madrid not to mention, most hotels offer free breakfast!”
