“The Hotel is amazing, the staff are super friendly and they having amazing restaurants in the building. However the rooms are dilapidated. I checked into a Macassar Suite and the room did not meet the standard typically expected of a Marriott property or a 5-star hotel. There were a number of small maintenance issues that could easily be addressed if someone just put a bit of effort in. The bath plug was broken, and the water would not drain. The tiles in the shower were hanging out preventing the door from closing properly.”
