“Estuve en octubredel 2019, tuve un problema con empresa de vuelo dado que extravió mi equipaje.Esta situación fue expuesta a las autoridades correspondientes y resuelta al día siguiente con el envío de la misma al hotel . En el cheikin mostrando y entregando comprobante de lo acontecido y pidiendo encarecidamente a la recepcionista elementos importantes cómo cargador del celular y/o que hiciera sonar alarma para despertarme al día siguiente la misma respondió en forma negativa. Yo no hablo Inglés, por lo que intenté comunicarme a través del traductor teniendo como respuesta la total INDISPOSICIÓN y un rotundo NO !! Sabiendo la situación hubo una falta total de EMPATÍA con una turista que atravesaba un momento muy difícil!!! Creo que esto deja muy mal a un país que justamente se caracteriza por sustentar valores como la SOLIDARIDAD !! Fuera de este inconveniente considero que el hotel es EXCELENTE en el resto de los aspectos e instalaciones!Agradezco a otras personas que desarrollan sus funciones en el mismo y trataron de brindarme su colaboración.SALUDOS CORDIALES”

“There was a real problem with the air conditioning at the time of our visit. The excellent staff tried their best to help us by moving us from one room to another, however this room was heated even more by the evening sun. What air conditioning there was did not manage to bring the temperature of the room down to a satisfactory level. However, the staff, food and location were all perfect for us. There is ample parking and the facilities are good. Something has to be done about the air conditioning system for me to give a higher rating.”
