“Well 1st & foremost my original room they provided literally did not lock. They gave me another one which was small and walls are paper thin the people above me were stomping & making so much noise I tried calling front desk the phone in the room didn’t work & no one answered when I called from my cell phone number. When I went to actually speak with someone multiple times there was no one at the front desk. The shower was cold there was no hot water. Would not recommend unless it’s last resort.”

“I checked in 7/23 I didn’t like the 1 person ran everything. I was on first floor . 3rd floor toilet leaked to 2nd floor & that leaked to my room .. nasty toilet water.. they gave them other room that leaked new room.. they didn’t even offer me a new room & had someone come & clean it . It had a funny smell.. not even across the street did they other us a new room at their sister hotel .. or did they take any $$ off for the 2 more nights I had there .. just unprofessional.. on their part… the key cards was not work big we had to bother the front desk from during there job to open my room door . Just terrible why they solve other other’s requests..”
