“I am typing this from my hotel room right now and I am LIVID!!!!! I am in town performing at the Comedy House and I ordered DoorDash. I called down to the front desk to request my order be brought up by DD. I was informed that was not possible, but someone from the desk would bring it to me. Fair enough. I didn’t mind that at all. Then immediately after hanging up, someone called and said I and supposed to check out at noon. I look and it’s 11:52am. Again, no worries. I said okay, but can someone still bring my order. The front desk person stated the check out time and asked how much time I would need. I said an additional 15 minutes(12:15). She said okay and hung up. I called right back to make sure someone would still bring my food and someone named CASSIE answered. I let her know I’m checking out but would still like my food brought to me. She stated, well you’re checking out. I said yes, but as a guest who was told it would be brought up, I would still like that to happen. Cassie RUDELY replied, well check out is at 12, so we will hold it at the desk for you. I let her know I was not told that it would be held, I was told they would bring it to me. She began to over talk me and tell me how I needed to check out and get my food then. She was extremely combative on the phone and I become more and more frustrated. It would have been so simple to do as I was told they would do and bring the food to me and allow me the extra 15 minutes requested to check out. I have NEVER been treated so poorly and spoken to in such a manger. This was the WORST experience and CASSIE has horrible etiquette. The 2 ladies here when I checked in were perfection and so kind. They really started my stay off so well. I checked in after midnight, because I had 2 shows at the comedy house prior and the warmth they both gave and southern hospitality was amazing. However, CASSIE ruined this entire experience with her horrific customer care and yelling at me over the phone. If this is who represents you, your company should be ashamed.”

“You are only paying for location. There’s nothing extravagant about it. They have $526 dollar hold on my card! I only stayed 1 night. Ordered wings from room service and they were fried hard or maybe the grease was old and that was 66 dollars with fries smh. Comforter had old blood on it. Too much money for no microwave and a fridge not working had to go in the 10th floor to get ice. cause the ice machine on the floor my room was on didn’t work. I been at better hotels for less.”
