“We had a great stay at the Sofitel Baltimore hotel. The staff is very nice and eager to help. Rooms are pretty small, but that is typical of Paris i think. The location is good and nearby all attractions.”

“My sister and I stayed here during our weekend trip to Paris. Reception staff were really warm and welcoming . Also thank you to the gentleman wearing glasses who offered us mint infused water which was just what I needed after the flight. Our room was lovely, complete with Hermes toiletries which added a luxury touch. I asked for an iron and this was bought swiftly to our room. I didn’t particularly like the view from our room , and a lovely lady whose name I didn’t catch swiftly transferred us to a room with a balcony which gave a nice view of avenue kleber. House keeping were also fantastic, they would fold my scarf and clothes and put them away for me. I accidentally left the do not disturb sign while we were out all day and the lovely lady came and tidied the room just before her shift ended. Thank you! We were also checked in by a gentleman from housekeeping who ensured we had the tea we would like and enough milk etc. I cannot fault this hotel, this was the most memorable and pleasant trip I have had in a long time. Many many thanks.”
