“I gave it an extra star because it has potential to be a good place but it is not safe or run well. The first night I woke up to what I thought was a drunk person trying to get into my room. 10 minutes after they left someone came back with a master key and tried to open my door without knocking at 1 am. I had to ask them if I could help them and they passively said sorry and quickly walked away. Either they didn’t register me or didn’t double check if they booked the room, or someone has a master key and tries to break into rooms. Either way, if you are staying here move the couch in front of the door every night to be safe. At the end of my 3 day stay they charged my card $1780.56 after I already paid. I’m sure it’s just a mistake and I’m getting it fixed but it’s still all very inconvenient and disappointing. Not a relaxing stay at all.”

“Great service, friendly folks. Big and bright open lobby. Rooms are nice and spacious. Gym and pool all good. Free breakfast not so good. The vegan sausage patties were not edible, banana as the only fruit choice, and scrambled eggs. The rest are continental items. The only complaint really. I will stay again. Off the strip, quiet, no casino, and an easy 5 minute walk to the Convention Center. If you get an itch to gamble, the Westgate is across the street.”
