Breakfast are too amazing so cool this place. There is too big swimming pool outside and also roof restaurant was so great eating with sea view, also bar too near to restaurant. Yeah this place is too nice. There something so bad things, if you want eat something in roof restaurant you have to be change your outfit cause they didn't accept us with short.They wanted us to wear trouser or pants.And also we are waiting too much for the taxi queue.

Everything was excellent absolutely!! We stayed here little bit long time. We always take our breakfast and dinner in executive area. Everytime whatever we ask they help us a lot. They are so kind and helpful always was good foods, good service.Especially I want to say thank to miss EsraReyes. Because always she serviced us well with her smiling eyesit was too comfortable.Everywhere was clean and location is amazing. It's in center of the city. We will come back again soonthank you executive lounge team

We only stopped in to visit the lobby. We were in the neighborhood looking at property and decided to check out the hotel too. We heard they have a nice indoor swimming pool. The lobby was very impressive! Huge mirrored space overlooking the Bosporus. Big lounge area. The restaurant below is supposed to be very good. Good security and pleasant staff.

Hotel muito bom! Atendimento incrível. Os funcionários são extremamente atenciosos e a limpeza do quarto é impecável. Para quem quiser pedir o serviço de transfer do hotel, super recomendo! Eles mandam uma pessoa te buscar na saída do avião. Levam de carrinho até a alfândega! Falo isso porque o aeroporto de Istambul é enorme.

The staff were so welcoming I especially comment the cleaning staff, Mr Musulim foralways making sure we have everything we need and he Made accommodations for my toddler which was amazing The rooms were very comfortable. I had an excellent experience. I will definitely come back

We were there at the roof top. The food was great, good atmosfer but the music was horrible. I never listen a bad music like that. Afro-Cuban techno and even speakers did exploded. Also they covered the roof with tent which blocks the view massively. Rather than that not bad price but was better last year.

My husband and I came for our honeymoon for 5 nights. Our stay was super nice and comfortable, the room was spacious with a partial view of the Bosphorus. Cleaning services were great. The staff are all friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was open buffet with various items to choose from, so delicious! Not to mention, the hotel is close to many restaurants and shops so you can take a stroll downtown. Also, they have a lovely bar on the 16th floor with an amazing view of the city! Loved our stay and would definitely come back on my next trip!

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. They have excellent service with with very friendly staff. A waiter named Efe stood out to me, as he greeting us every morning at the breakfast and constantly checked up on our table. I would definitelyrecommend this hotel, and you will get the ultimate experience that you paid for!

The most excellent place that I had stayed in Istanbul, all the staffs were perfect, polite and cared about the guests, totally happy with the price I paid because they gave you back Service that you except. The room and all other areas in the hotel are stunning. I recommend it to whoever wants to travel to Istanbul. I could not be happier and couldn't ask for a better place

Probably one of if not best hotel in the whole of Istanbul. Cant imagine a more complete and better service. On top very well located. Stayed here for work many times and now with my wife and we are truly enjoying it every second we are here. Nice room, nice pool, nice rooftop, everything super nice!

Top hotel! Has one of the best views overlooking the Bosphorus! I was very impressed by all the staff. Service was amazing - very supportive, helpful and kind! Very clean rooms, great room service. Good restaurants with delicious food. Breakfast is very tasty also, very large selection. I will definitely come back!

En estos tiempos tan complicados, con restricciones por todos lados, este hotel sigue manteniendo un gran estándar de calidad aunque tenga algunas de sus amenidades cerradas temporalmente por orden gubernamental. En el hotel y especialmente en el restaurante todo el personal se muestra amable, servicial, buscando el confort del cliente. Como es normal siempre hay algunos que sobresalen, o con los que resulta más fácil entablar una pequeña conversación dentro del servicio y lograr una grata velada. Gracias Ayberk por tu amabilidad y esa gran disposición para hacer la estancia más grata al cliente con pequeños detalles siempre esbozando una discreta sonrisa.

I highly recommend Swissotel The Bosphorus Istanbul when visiting Turkey. They have excellent service and highly trained staff. I would like to point out specially Mr. Samet Kurt, the Assistant Office Manager for looking after our needs. He is very kind, helpful and provides any support needed in the hotel. He as well checks on guest even after stays. You may ask for him on your next visit.

Hotel enorme de 5 estrellas que se divide en dos alas: west and east. La atención al detalle sorprende, así como la amabilidad del personal. Tiene muchas salas de reuniones y salones para eventos gigantes. Es muy fácil perderse entre los múltiples pisos. Cuenta con un excelente spa, un gimnasio muy completo, piscina exterior e interior, un roof top donde tomarse una copa contemplando unas magníficas vistas al Bósforo y dos restaurantes . La comida es de muy buena calidad y muy variada. Puedes degustar infinidad de platos típicos turcos y sus fabulosos postres. Las habitaciones son muy amplias, limpias y con vistas increíbles. Sin duda es una muy buena opción para hospedarse si visitas Estambul.

Hotel con bella vista sobre el Bósforo. El domingo tienen un brunch muy bueno y con una copa de champaña. Además las personas que van con niños tienen la posibilidad de dejarlos en un salón para que jueguen entre ellos con animadoras. El Hotel posee también un chalet suizo en donde en invierno es delicioso ir a comer las delicias que se comen en el invierno en Suiza.
