“We had similar experiences to others noted below in respect of the hotel’s poor customer experience during the covid pandemic. We couldn’t travel for our stay in October 2020 due to travel restrictions between UK/Japan and tried to sort this with the hotel in advance of our stay, only for the hotel to charge us a 100% no show penalty - we lost over £200 on a one night stay. Avoid, unless you are sure you can stay during covid, as they won’t be at all helpful in rearranging your stay. Other hotels we booked in Japan were very understanding. BEWARE!”
