Nota mais correcta seria 2.5 Pessoal simpático mas com muita pouca formação, quartos espaçosos mas com pouca arrumação, perto da praia. O restaurante não possui variedade e a comida é apresentada em travessas pequenas cuja justificação pode ser para uma comida mais fresca e substituição rápida. No entanto não é o que acontece pois sendo travessas pequenas com 5/6 pessoas fica vazia e a maioria das vezes não é uma reposição rápida. A recolha de pratos é também muito demorada e no jantar os empregados pressionam o cliente para jantar rápido para prepararem as mesas para o pequeno almoço (tudo isto por volta das 20.30). O que oferecem para comer a meio da manhã e da tarde não se aproxima de modo nenhum a um tudo incluído que um 4 estrelas deve oferecer. A oferta limita-se a restos de bolos do pequeno almoço, umas sandes pequenas com chourição, amendoins e batatas fritas de pacote, bananas e iogurtos (sendo apenas alguns com sabores e a grande parte iogurtes naturais que ninguem come). No bar não sabem preparar bebidas e algumas bebidas são cobradas nomeadamente smoothies (valor aproximado de 2.75 eur). Os gelados também são cobrados metade do valor afixado que julgo ser 1.80 eur. Por duas vezes quando solicitei um smoothie informaram logo que tinha de pagar mas quando trouxeram à mesa em modo de simpatia dizem que não temos nada a pagar. Não sei se é estratégia dos empregados na caça à gorgeta ou se é táctica do hotel de modo a desmotivar o consumo de certas bebidas.Quanto à limpeza nos quartos é regular mas nos espaços comuns deixa a desejar. Recolha de lixo na piscina após o almoço, com lixo que seguramente não era do dia e recolhido pelo nadador salvador .Decoração à primeira vista bonita mas com falta de glamour. Caro para o que oferece.

Me gustaría poder explicar mi estancia pero no ha sido posible. Hicimos una reserva para día 19/12/20 de 3 habitaciones dobles. No hemos tenido noticias del hotel, que contaba con media pensión, hasta hoy. NOSOTROS hemos tenido que llamar al hotel preguntando por la reserva para mañana. REPITO, PARA MAÑANA. Cuál es la sorpresa, cuando contactamos con mucha dificultad con el hotel y nos dicen que se encuentra cerrado. Habiéndonos asegurado que estarían disponibles las habitaciones. No contentos con eso, y con el viaje pendiente, nos comentan que no pueden reubicarnos, puesto que los hoteles de la misma categoría de la zona se encuentran cerrados o cuestan el doble. Sabiendo que los hoteles de la zona cuestan el doble o están cerrados, ¿qué esperaban que hiciésemos? ¿Esperaban que nos encontrásemos en la puerta con el hotel cerrado para avisar? No nos han dado solución y lo peor es que nos hemos tenido que anticipar nosotros. INCOMPETENCIA TOTAL DEL PERSONAL. No es justificable.

Ojalá pudiera valorar el hotel, pero sí puedo valorar la gestión previa que ha sido lamentable. Tenía una reserva, Hotel Iberostar Cristina con ventas abiertas, pero realmente el hotel está cerrado (diciembre). Tú puedes Reservar, tienen tu dinero, y el día del check in, te das cuenta, que no puedes alojarte, no te dan solución, y simplemente, te devuelven el dinero al cabo de una semana . Vamos, que tienen tu dinero desde el día que reservas, hasta el día del check in, más una semana adicional por reclamarlo.Sin más explicaciones, ni una llamada en su momento,totalmente decepcionado. Menos mal, que nos hemos podido alojar en un hotel cercano de otra compañía, que me he tenido que buscar por mi cuenta. No recomiendo recibir un trato así. Decepcionado.

Excelente hotel muy bien ubicado, a tan solo 3 minutos andando a la playa del arenal. Todo el personal del hotel súper amable y atento. Instalaciones modernas y con bastantes medidas de higiene que hacen que te sientas más seguro. Comida de buffet libre muy rica y variada. Volveremos seguro!

Cheguei as 21 horas pedi jantar em TI estava fechado nao jantei nao havia nada nem para a criança. Pessoas partilhavam camas da piscina cadeiras do bar e nao eras desinfetadas pessoas circulavam no elevador sem máscara portas comuns fechadas toda as pessoas tocavam nos puxadores forte ponto de contagio no pequeno almoço toda a gente mechia no manipulo do sumo de laranja so limpavam a mesa a cadeira so se tivesse migalhastive medo de estar neste hotel nao havia cuidado por causa do covid 19

Teria muito a dizer quanto aos cuidados covide 19, estava no segundo andar, por minha própria vontade não usava o elevador subia as escadas mas nas entradas portas com grandes molas ,,então toda a gente punha as mãos nos vidros e puxadores chegamos abrir para trás as portas mas logo eram fechadas, não havia grandes cuidados ..só faziam regras no restaurante .porque lhes convinha cortaram lanches as crianças só tinham doces todos os chegamos as 21horas não havia nada para comer só serviam bebidas foi uma má experiência não voltarei para este hotel também na parte das piscinas era gente aos molhos não havia cuidado nenhum em fim deixa muito a desejar não desinfetavam mesas e cadeiras da piscina

A lovely hotel. The food in the restaurant is really good and so much choice. We hate buffets but this catered for all. It gets real busy though at the buffet so if your staying here for a while try the quieter times. Staff are all super friendly and couldn't do enough for you. If you want value and you can get a good deal, then stay here.A few minutes walk from the most amazing promenade for walks. The sea is right there. Grab the bus 25 into Palma for €1.50 each. Takes 35 minutesLost 1 star due to Basic rooms are not big, but nice. The balcony helped.Family rooms much bigger but cost lots moreSingle beds pushed together (although it's ok, a gap can appear, we prefer to sleep together) and no doubles at all in any rooms no matter what you choose. No kettle in the room but I asked and got one easily.Can be noisy in the corridors, but that is not the hotels fault.

Very nice hotel. The breakfast was amazing. Rooms are neat. The bar was nice and we had a great time. Stayed there two times the same week. Both with and without the all inclusive option. I including it.

From start to even after our holiday has been completed we have had nothing but 5star treatment from all the staff at Iberostar Cristina! The food was amazing, the hot buffet had a variety to chose from and varied some aspects every night, there is a section to get food cooked in front of you to your specification. The family room we had was the perfect size for our family of four. With a selection of channels that can be listened to in English for when we put the kids to bed. Due to the time of year the outdoor pool was closed but the indoor pool was open and was perfect for families and even lone swimmers. Throughout the entire holiday the staff have been friendly and accommodating, even going out of their way to offer help when my daughter was poorly and got sick in the bar area. After leaving the hotel we realised that our daughter had left her favourite stuffed animal in the room after taking out of the suitcase. I emailed the hotel and they have spoke to cleaning staff and located the missing stuffed toy which we are getting sent out to our home address! All round perfect experience and we can not wait to book here again!

We came back after we had already been for 8 days a few weeks to stay another 8 days. First holiday was lovely but not the second one. We were ignored by the restaurant staff at breakfast and dinner. We tried to order drinks and got left sitting trying to get the attention of the staff to take our order. Germans seemed to get to best attention than us English. We came out of our evening meal one night and sat down on the blue sofa waiting for the show to start. A German couple told us to move as they were saving the chairs for 10 of there friends. I said well no one is sitting here now, they shouted at us so much we felt intimidated and frightened so we had to move. We were pushed out of the lift one morning as 3 Germans told us we had to get out the lift because they had saved it for there friends to get in. They got there own way each night while we tried to watch the shows. Management didn't seem to say anything to them even when they were so nosey while a lady was trying to play a violin. It has put us off coming back to your hotel again. My husband has been diagnosed with Dementia and we are trying to have as many holidays while we both still can, but this last holiday at your hotel was too stressful for the both of us.

Lovely clean well presented hotel with some extras like free boxed sandwiches, fruit and muffins available all day even if your not all inclusive. Room was bang on with an excellent bathroom and good firm beds. Breakfast is plentiful and dining area spotless. Well worth a 5 rating.
