“As coisas estavam bem até a segunda noite. O restaurante em que fui no primeiro dia estava lotado. Perguntei ao gerente naquele dia, ele disse que não era responsabilidade do restaurante ver a reserva do pacote do cliente. A mesa em que me sentei estava molhada e os mosquitos encontrados ao redor com irrigação na minha pele por causa da picada. Então subi as escadas para perguntar à recepção se era falso do cliente na reserva. Nada foi bem administrado. Eles me deram uma mesa extra em frente à entrada, que foi tão mal gerenciada. Eu então pedi novamente que a mesa estaria pronta às 8:00 e eu estava esperando do lado de fora com a mesa molhada por 45 minutos. Esta não foi a melhor experiência quando você ficou no restaurante 5 estrelas !!!!”

“Things were fine till the second night. The restaurant I went in ob the first day was fully booked. I asked the manager that day , he said it was not the restaurant’s responsibility to see the customer’s package booking. The table I sat down was wet and mosquitoes found around with irrigation on my skin because of the bite. Then I walked upstairs to ask the front desk if it was customer’s false on the booking. Nothing was managed well. They gave me an extra table in front of the entrance which was so badly managing. I then asked again that the table would be ready by 8.00 and I was waiting outside with the wet table for 45 mins. This was not the best experiences when you stayed in the 5 star restaurant !!!!”
