É um hotel funcional e muito agradável. As pessoas que nela trabalham são muito atenciosas e dispostas com os hóspedes. Os móveis são escolhidos com bom gosto, não se deteriorando como costuma acontecer em alguns hotéis do litoral. A roupa de cama no quarto é muito limpa, as toalhas são grossas e dá a impressão de que as está a usar. Já as medidas anti-COVID são devidamente respeitadas. Enfim, um lugar recomendado ao qual, sem dúvida, voltarei.

Es un hotel funcional, y muy agradable. Las personas que trabajan en él son muy atentas y dispuestas con los huéspedes. El mobiliario está escogido con buen gusto, y no está deteriorado como suele pasar en algunos hoteles de costa. La lencería de la habitación muy limpia, las toallas son gruesas, y da la impresión de que las estás estrenando. En cuanto a las medidas anti-COVID, se respetan adecuadamente. En resumen, un lugar recomendable al que, sin duda, volveré.

El hotel se encuentra en un paraje ideal para desconectar del ajetreo diario, tranquilo y muy relajante. El servicio desde el momento en que llegamos fue muy cordial y amabilidad por parte de todo el personal del hotel. Muchas gracias a tod@s.

Muy buen hotel para la zona de Almeria y el Cabo de Gata. El personal es muy atento y muy profesional. Los servicios son muy correctos y el entorno es agradable. Afortunadamente no es un hotel que este encima de la playa, pero el paseo a la misma es de dos minutos.

Very nice place, we run to this place as we were looking for a place to spend a long weekend. Kids spotted the place online and we booked it, glad we listened to them :) We booked directly through Barcelo call center and we received a discounted rate, as considering that we booked the same day. Room was spacious for the family. Food was good. Service was very good, we called room service to check something, in few minutes we had some in the room trying to help. COVID-19 was very well taken care of, they have hand sanitizers every were, even in the elevators, and Resturnant people are putting masks everywhere.

Un lugar muy bonito y acogedor para ir en familia. Tiene un jardín con 4 piscinas muy cómodas y también tiene animación para los más peques. Cada día viene un/una artista diferente a tocar un instrumento o a cantar por la noche. Tiene un buffet y un restaurante en su interior y en el jardín hay otro restaurante. El personal muy amable, pero un día no arreglaron la habitación y tuvimos que llamar a recepción para que la hicieran. Recomiendo que si vas a ir cojas el desayuno incluido y otra comida porque el buffet y los restaurantes son bastante caros y los restaurantes que hay por la zona también son caros.

Excelente. Pasamos unas vacaciones en familia memorables, tanto que habíamos reservado 4 noches y nos quedamos 5.Relación calidad precio más que satisfactoria en régimen de todo incluido. Todo el personal del hotel desde recepción, camareros, limpiadores, animadores...eran amabilisimos y muy serviciales y atentos. En especial los del bar del lobby: Antonio y su compañera que le llamó en su día de descanso para preguntarle cómo preparame un cóctel de café que él me había recomendado.Bufé generoso y con una calidad más que aceptable (en relación al precio); aunque no todos los días de la semana estaba al mismo nivel.Por buscar algún pero, el personal del bar de la piscina del lunes 7 - martes 8 de septiembre no era tan amable, en particular un camarero que no quiso fregar el suelo manchado de un cliente anterior xq ese trabajo no le correspondía. Comprendo que tengan sus funciones bien definidas, pero cómo cliente creo que no pasa nada por coger una fregona un segundo y resolverlo inmediatamente. No obstante fue correcto en su explicación y el personal de limpieza vino bastante rápido.Seguro que repetiré,si no en este, al menos en otro Barceló

Fuimos a pasar el fin de semana. Todo el personal nos ha atendido maravillosamente. En especial Cristina del Snack Bar y los animadores. El monitor de Aquagym genial.Pese a estar en un momento complicado hemos estado bastante tranquilos. Tal vez un poco agobiados en los buffets, cosa que arreglamos escogiendo la mesa en la terraza.La comida en general bien. Hacer mención al arroz del senyoret en el restaurante Arrozzante. Delicioso y a un precio muy razonable.¡Seguro que repetimos!

Nice hotel with comfortable room and delicious dishes but service completely terrible. Check in desk works only 1 person and queue is every time. Check in waiting time is 35 min, check out 25 min. Also, 9 o’clock morning, when we sleep, cleaner long time knocked for ask if we need room cleaning 🤦🏻‍♂️. I do not recommend this hotel

El mobiliario de la habitación ya se ve anticuado, le vendría bien una reforma general. La cama es talla XL muy cómoda. La comida aunque no hay mucha variedad, lo que hay está bueno. De agradecer el zumo de Naranja Natural en el desayuno! La zona de piscinas está muy bien, 3 piscinas limpias y grandes con zonas ajardinadas y bonitas vistas al mar en el fondo. La playa, está a 3' minutos andando del hotel, aconsejable llevar escarpines ya que hay piedras.

Today we faced weird situation, when manager came to the pool after 5 days of our stay and told that it's prohibited to use swimming rings in the pool. For five days our kid was watching other kids playing with swimming rings in the pool, and after we bought the one for him it turned to be prohibited. They are selling all this prohibited stuff in hotel's shop right in front of the pool, and then not allowing to use it. That's too weird, and other fact that manager explained all of this in such unkind way, like 'we don't care other kids playing, it's just prohibited and you can't'. Well, our kid got very upset, and can't understand why it's allowed for othres and not allowed for him. And by the way, there's no any sign in pool's rules that prohibits using of swimming rings, the only one sign concerning mattrasses. On the beach it's not allowed to use neither swimming rings or mattrasses, but there are clear signs for both. Here we have doubts about actions of hotel's staff.

Lovely hotel and beach location. Ideal for couples who enjoy walking. Almeria city just a 30 minute bus ride away costing only 1 euro 5 each. Bus stop outside hotel. We had a ground floor pool view room with a super sunny terrace. Friendly staff. Very comfortable beds with extra pillow choices!

Beautiful and Tranquil. Grounds are well kept; variety of onsite dining options. Private balcony, modern rooms. Prices for room service are fair. Staff was all very pleasant.

The people at the front desk did not offer much help. The food was good big variety for all meals. The people who play with the chilly are really nice and friendly the pool gym spa and gaming club were all cool. The access the beach was also really good. The night time activity were also really fun. We had a great time I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful trained, professional staff. The most comfortable mattresses of any hotel I have ever stayed in. Good breakfast and dinner buffet. We stayed in room 381 at the end of February 2017. It was a little close to the pool pump room (with open windows you could hear thelow throb of the pumps occasionally) but still very quiet. I suggest a top floor room for the best views of the Mediterranean. I think the TV should be larger to match the quality of the rest of the room (only 36in). The bathroom is large with a toilet, bidet, full-size tub and separate rain shower with great water pressure. Remember to buy bottled water to drink. The water is safe but tastes funny. The staff are very accommodating to athletes. They stored our mountain bikes securely downstairs so we didn't have to keep them in our room. This was our 3rd stay and we will be back!
