When are you going to give us our money back? I was fully charged for a reservation I had made for the first days of April 2020 and I couldn't even enjoy my stay because it just didn't happen. The Spanish government declared the state of emergency due to the CO-VID19 crisis and one of the first measures they took was ordering hotels to close down and banning traveling for leisure. Now it seems you just simply won't give me my money back even if I am entitled to a full refund. You told me several times to wait while the refund was being processed but at the end of the day nothing happened. I have placed up to three complaints, called numerous times to your customer service number, contacted your agents through social media, but no one has given me an answer yet. There are many other disappointed and outraged clients sharing similar stories on social media about this particular hotel chain, so it seems I'm not the only one in this situation. You have lost a client and it seems I've lost my money.”
