I spent 2 nights in this magnificent establishment for a Venetian masquerade ball. Our room had a secluded private garden which felt like being home. Everything from the amenities to the food was incredible. But the members of staff is what makes this place so special, the service is exceptional!! I will also not forget their warmth and kind words. 5 stars all the way.

Lovely hotel with a quiet location but easy to get around venice by a boat provided by the hotel. The service is what you would expect from a Belmond hotel, perfection!!

The experience here is truly unforgettable, we had a slight issue with our luggage ( due to airline ) and the concierge was super accommodating and worked to resolve the issue promptly. You will not be disappointed, everything is in the details.

Cipriani is for sure one of the most rated place in Venice. We went on the restaurant for a lunch, took the vaporeto from Doge’s Palace. Sat by the docks, near the swimming pool. The noise of the water, the coolness of the sea. Beautiful set up. Nice experience. The service was adorable, incredibly kind and made sure we had everything needed. However, and even though dishes were nice and tasty (they are, dont get me wrong), I guess I was expecting more from Cipriani : the menu felt a bit disappointed. Too sophisticated in a point you don’t find yourself craving for one dish or another. They’re all either « basics » (like mozzarella, or risotto), or a bit too much. As it is (very) expensive, I would have liked maybe one or 2 dishes that are made with more common ingredients, less in the cliché, less pretentious in the end. Maybe it misses some balance. Not putting 5 stars on this one because of this. Just my personal experience. Also, the access of the pool was restricted, unless you paid… 600€. Not kidding. I understand they want to keep it to the residents. Just say it’s not possible. Don’t say it is, if you pay 600€. It feels shady.

Great food that tantalized my taste buds. Wonderful people who mad me feel at home. Watching the sun go down with before dinner cocktails was priceless. We will definitely return to Cap Juluca and Cips by Cipriani will be our 1st stop.

Simplesmente Top❗️Se alguém olha para os preços, ele está errado aqui! Mas isso certamente não foi no sentido do inventor. "É um refúgio de paz em toda a agitação veneziana. Excelente qualidade de comida e bebida. Muito treinada, simpática e atenciosa !!! Se você está procurando exclusividade, então este é o lugar certo! Se você quiser pesar os preços deve ficar.

Esse hotel está localizado numa região privilegiada, e com fácil acesso à praça de São Marcos vieram barco privado. O atendimento aqui é de alto padrão e as instalações não se comparam quando observado a localidade que o hotel está situado. Excelente café da manhã e bom serviço de quarto. Um dos poucos hotéis de Veneza com uma piscina majestosa e muito bem cuidada.

Precioso hotel, con mobiliario de época, en un entorno natural envidiable. Puedes relajarte en el hotel perfectamente bien, ya que el bullicio de los turistas no llega hasta aquí. Además tienes la ventaja de que en un viaje en lancha de aproximadamente 5 minutos, estás en la Plaza de San Marcos.

He estado viniendo a este hotel por más de diez años. Mi hotel favorito absoluto en el mundo. No es el edificio, es la gente. Son sorprendentes. En cuanto a la ubicación, estás en Venecia, pero no en Venecia. Paz. Tranquilidad.

I have been coming to this hotel for more than ten years now. My absolute favorite hotel in the world. It's not the building, it's the people. They are amazing. Location wise, you are in Venice, but not in Venice. Peace. Tranquility.

We had a great 2 night stay it was a great way to end our holiday. Staff could do enough for you always helpful and polite, the room was nice and spacious and the bed was huge!!! That was a bonus. To top it off the private taxi service was brilliant it took all the worry out of getting back to hotel and it was alway on call 24/7 it took you right to St Mark's Square.

¡Simplemente superior! ¡Si alguien mira los precios, está equivocado aquí! Pero eso ciertamente no fue en el sentido del inventor "Es un remanso de paz en todo el ajetreo veneciano. Excelente calidad de comida y bebida. El personal muy capacitado, amable y atento! Si estás buscando unicidad, ¡este es el lugar correcto! Si quiere pesar los precios debe quedarse.

This is an incredibly unique hotel in an amazing location. Hollywood stars have been visiting for decades it seems.The hotel is a short boat ride from St. Marks Square. Quieter than staying in the main area for sure.I was torn between 3 and 5 stars though.The staff was mostly fantastic, taking care of issues as quickly as they came up. Though I did get some flack from the boat captain when I was heading back to the hotel one day. “Can I help you?” Yes, I’m taking the boat to the hotel. “For?” I’m a guest...But on the flip side when asked if they knew where I could get a new sd card for my camera (every shop in town was closed or sold out) they got one for me directly. Which saved me a lot of headache.Those are just two examples of my experiences with the hotel.The spa is decent but the massage tables are old school Italian (hard with a hole in the middle) and could be updated.The food was questionable at best, though their gluten free bread was some of the best I’ve ever had, their risotto and vegetables was slimy. Hit and miss for sure.The rooms are cozy with, usually, amazing views. Very pricey for the size though.So I went back and forth between loving it and waiting until I could leave.It’s a lot like Venice.
