Every Belmond hotel is something straight out of a fairytale but Villa San Michele is particularly magical. Sitting in their manicured gardens overlooking Florence for sunset is something you’ll never forget. The staff are all so kind and I still dream of their breakfasts.

Terrible terrible service!!! There is a coffee and tea in the room, but no cups. We asked a cups in room twice and only we ask personally again cups appeared in out room. Next accident happened after 1 hours. The hotel gifted a sweet compliment and where we was in restaurant our sweet compliments disappeared! Because service woman wanted to take away it. And today the hotel without hot water!!! And nobody came to us, nobody called to say “sorry”. No, I absolutely don’t recommend this hotel, only maybe after renew all service and management in the hotel. The views are nothing if you don’t feel comfort. Terrível terrível serviço!!! Há um café e chá no quarto, mas não há xícaras. Pedimos um copo no quarto duas vezes e só pedimos pessoalmente novamente copos apareceu no quarto. O próximo acidente aconteceu depois de 1 hora. O hotel nos presenteou com um doce elogio e onde estávamos no restaurante nossos doces elogios desapareceram! Porque a mulher de serviço queria tirá-lo. E hoje o hotel sem água quente!!! E ninguém veio até nós, ninguém ligou para dizer “desculpe”. Não, eu absolutamente não recomendo este hotel, apenas talvez depois de renovar todo o serviço e gerenciamento do hotel. As vistas não são nada se você não sentir conforto.

O lugar, encantador, é cuidado em cada detalhe. Instalado numa igreja desconsagrada e, também pela visita aos espaços, mesmo do mosteiro contíguo, o hotel é acolhedor e requintado. A equipe profissional cuidou de nós para um aperitivo simples que, no entanto, se tornou uma viagem de gosto. A área da adega e a dedicada ao champanhe também são muito bonitas. O destaque: a vista magnífica sobre Florença.

Excelente convento de 1300, hoje um hotel de luxo. Vista deslumbrante de Florença também do restaurante e do grande jardim. Comida de primeira qualidade. Os quartos são apartamentos pequenos e muito acolhedores, onde é muito agradável ter tempo para si. Serviço de transporte que permite desfrutar do centro de Florença sem pensar em estacionar o carro e multas. A equipe é genuinamente amigável e realmente faz você se sentir bem-vindo neste lugar maravilhoso. Se existisse também um SPA seria o topo do topo do topo. O melhor hotel para visitar Florença.

El lugar, encantador, está cuidado en cada detalle. Ubicado en una iglesia desconsagrada y, también para visitar los espacios, incluso desde el monasterio contiguo, el hotel es acogedor y con clase. Magnífico convento del 1300, hoy un hotel de lujo. Impresionante vista de Florencia también desde el restaurante y desde el gran jardín. Comida de primera calidad. Las habitaciones son pequeños apartamentos muy acogedores donde es muy agradable tomarse un tiempo para uno mismo. Servicio de lanzadera que te permite disfrutar del centro de Florencia sin pensar en aparcar el coche y multas. We visited this spectacular hotel for dinner in 2020. We booked the secret garden and were blown away with views of Florence. Service was amazing, food was outstanding. After I called to double-check, it turned out that they could not place our table in the restaurant where I had made the reservation, so we ended up getting a table in the other restaurant.I contacted Sofia Medina several times by phone and email, she was aware that my mother's birthday was that day and she said that a cake had been prepared. However, no one from the staff congratulated her and there was no cake.The restaurant staff was very rude. For example, they cleared our plates before everyone had finished eating.At the end of the evening when we got the bill, we paid in cash. When the waiter took the bill away, he asked "Is it OK, can I keep the rest?" NEVER before has anyone asked me that, especially in a restaurant like this. That is extremely disrespectful. First time went very well. Olá, marquei para hoje 08/01/2021 um dia na piscina com almoço e aperitivo à tarde após seu e-mail de confirmação no dia 27/7 de ontem às 15h você me ligou para cancelar porque um cliente obviamente VIP havia consertado , foi um presente para comemorar o nosso aniversário e me encontrei meio dia antes sem um presente, sem um dia de descanso e sem alternativa porque não encontrei nada parecido. Experiência ruim para um hotel tão renomado que certamente não é recomendado

Minha esposa e eu tivemos um aperitivo / piquenique encantador lindamente organizado nas ilhas com gramados criados para acomodar esta iniciativa um pouco mais informal, mas igualmente cuidados e assistidos por funcionários que são sempre muito corteses e disponíveis para servir, embora permaneçam discretos e atentos a oferecer um alto nível de serviço. Graças ao "manobrista" gentil e alegre, mas profissional em seu trabalho de recepção no estacionamento. Concordo com outros comentários que descreveram a comida do aperitivo de qualidade normal (já estamos acostumados a padrões exigentes), enquanto o prosecco é de bom padrão, e em qualquer caso tudo fica em segundo lugar em relação ao que goza a vista! !

Mi esposa y yo tuvimos un aperitivo / picnic encantador muy bien organizado en las islas con césped preparado para dar cabida a esta iniciativa un poco más informal, pero igualmente atendido y asistido por un personal que siempre es muy cortés y está disponible para servir, sin dejar de ser discreto y atento a ofrecemos un alto nivel de servicio. Gracias al amable y alegre "valet" pero profesional en su trabajo de recepción en el estacionamiento. Estoy de acuerdo con otras críticas que describían la comida del aperitivo de calidad normal (a estas alturas estamos acostumbrados a estándares exigentes), mientras que el prosecco es de buen nivel y, en cualquier caso, ¡todo pasa a un segundo plano en comparación con lo que disfruta la vista! !

O atendimento está sempre presente, discreto e profissional. na frente da pizzaria é preciso correr um pouco, 2 a negligência deveria ter afetado minha avaliação, mas a magia do lugar e a noite espetacular prevaleceram. a ideia de encontrar tesouras de cozinha na mesa para dimensionar os pedaços de pizzas de acordo com o seu gosto é legal. combinação bem equilibrada de ingredientes (por exemplo, margherita com tiras de pimenta, limão ralado e ricota). Preço alto apenas se você quiser considerar "a pizza" e não o todo. Você atravessa vários cômodos da villa para entrar no jardim e o passeio o deixará agradavelmente impressionado.

Olá, para celebrar o almoço de núpcias do próximo mês de setembro com os seus parentes mais próximos, pensamos na sua estrutura pelo charme que cobre. Após troca de e-mails e encontro justo com o coordenador dos eventos, previamente confirmado, é doloroso apontar que o recebimento não foi condizente com as expectativas. Sem muitos preâmbulos fomos imediatamente informados sobre o que não era possível fazer, onde não estacionar e como nos contentarmos com a chegada dos convidados. Então, quais datas não nos foram possíveis e finalmente fomos informados muito apressadamente e sem muitos detalhes que receberíamos por e-mail uma proposta sobre os menus e o bolo se por nós solicitados. Tudo de pé e antes de ser educadamente escoltado de volta à saída. Tempo máximo de jogo não superior a cinco minutos. Talvez a longa pausa devido à pandemia um pouco mais de esforço organizacional, mas não percebemos atenção em linha com as expectativas. Muito desorientados, cumprimentamos e agradecemos. muito gentilmente.

Hola, para celebrar el almuerzo nupcial del próximo mes de septiembre con tus familiares más cercanos, hemos pensado en tu estructura dado el encanto que encierra. Luego de un intercambio de correos electrónicos y una cita justa con la coordinadora de eventos, confirmada con anticipación, es doloroso señalar que la recepción no fue acorde con las expectativas. Sin demasiados preámbulos se nos informó de inmediato sobre lo que no se podía hacer, dónde no aparcar y cómo conformarnos con la llegada de los invitados. Luego qué fechas no nos eran posibles y finalmente nos informaron muy apresuradamente y sin demasiados detalles que recibiríamos por email una propuesta sobre los menús y la tarta si así lo solicitábamos. Todo de pie y antes de ser escoltado cortésmente de regreso a la salida. El tiempo máximo de partido no excede los cinco minutos. Quizás la pausa larga debida a la pandemia algún esfuerzo organizativo más, pero no hemos notado una atención acorde con las expectativas. Muy desorientados, nos saludamos y agradecemos. muy amablemente.

Ubicación de cuento de hadas, magnífica ubicación, mobiliario y ambiente inolvidables, queríamos pasar una velada probando la última novedad recién estrenada: la pizzería con formato giropizza. El servicio está siempre presente, discreto y profesional. en el frente de la pizzería hay que correr un poco, 2 la negligencia debería haber afectado mi evaluación, pero prevaleció la magia del lugar y la noche espectacular. La idea de buscar unas tijeras de cocina en la mesa para dimensionar los trozos de pizzas a tu gusto es agradable. combinación equilibrada de ingredientes (p. ej. margherita con tiras de pimiento, limón rallado y ricotta). Precio alto solo si quieres considerar "la pizza" y no el conjunto. Atraviesas varias habitaciones de la villa para entrar al jardín y el recorrido te dejará gratamente impresionado.

Wow! This is the best hotel in Florence! You may go to Four Seasons to enjoy something similar, or maybe for the historical frescoes, but Villa San Michele has it all in a compact luxurious place on the hills close to Fiesole.The position of the hotel is perfect, the gardens like heaven, pool heated and clean, services of a six stars hotel. Food and atmosphere in the restaurants and bars just perfect!Great value for money! Florence and Tuscany at their best!
