This is a large complex with multiple buildings. I stayed in the main building lower level. Building is older, but my room was nicely updated. Very clean, comfortable bed, most important. Breakfast was excellent, would go there for breakfast if I lived in the area. Staff was warm, you could feel the good energy in the people. Planning on staying again.

We stayed for a night during our Grand Canyon South rim trip. By far one of the best hotels to stay in the Grand Canyon village. The hotel ambience is good. The check in process was easy. The rooms were so neat and clean. We stayed at a room in lower level ( oversized queen). Bathroom was very outdated. I would definitely recommend this hotel for staying in Grand Canyon village.

Easy checkin/out. Great parking. Great pool area. Stayed in newest building, super clean and big room. Great service. Nice Xmas decorations. No breakfast included though. And the pub dining option was crowded with only one guy working, so we ate somewhere else.

It's very close to the Grand Canyon, so that's mostly why we stayed here. We had stayed at another Best Western in Zion, and decided to keep to the same type of hotel. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The indoor and outdoor pools were very nice, and bonus that they're open late. The breakfast buffet was nothing special and not worth $67 for three people. We had free breakfast at another BW, and it was the same quality and selection. Similarly, the hotel restaurant was seemingly fancy looking but dated. Staff was super nice and attentive, but the bill was ridiculous for three people again, and my steak was hard to cut even at mid-rare and with their provided steak knife. Nothing was really seasoned enough. Drinks were fine. Not a bad stay but I was expecting food to be better overall.

Return customer from the area. The pet area rooms leave a lot to be desired. But last time was coming through (December), they looked to be starting a remodle. The main building rooms and 7000 rooms are spacious, and very comfortable. A/C can be a bit tricky, and gives intermittent issues. The other smaller rooms away from the main building are a bit cramped, but for the location and the price you can't beat the value. My only concern is that sometimes cleaning staff can be a bit rushed, and they'll miss things that are pretty obvious. They are quick though to make it right! Last time I was in town it was end of pandemic, so I imagine there were staffing issues that contributed to that. Overall a nice hotel, that has it together.

Nothing. I had a car emergency and was unable to make it to the hotel. The hotel refused a refund for the room, I understand it was less than 24 hour notice but as a returning customer to the Best Western chain, I will never be returning.

it was amazingly big and perfect for 2 people! It was closer to the Grand Canyon than I expected and it right in the middle of the town - fabulous! Nope.

Proximity to Grand Canyon The hotel did not post notices in the room about their use of recycled water. There were signs on the lawn throughout the property; no signs indicating recycled water was used in the room. When asked, the agent said that recycled water was used in rooms.

The service You can hear through the walls and hear doors slam all day. For the price we paid, we were not expecting poor construction and quality of rooms. Room service was not offered, you had to go down stairs to get your order. How does a resort justify that?

Location was close to my destination. The rooms didn't feel clean. They had very musty smell to them. We did travel with to small pets so we stayed in rooms that weren't attached to the main hotel. But the rooms aren't as advertised.

Very clean, excellent location, modern decoration in room Wifi was not working and support number couldn't fix it. Heating and cooling system malfunctioned all night switching between heat and AC so that the room was either stifling hot or freezing cold without adjusting the thermostat. Only decaf coffee

Front desk staff excellent . Fitness room excellent. WiFi did not work in our rm. We (not staff) had to escalate 2 levels of IT support to find out it was the router in room. Bath tub dirty and dining overpriced.Parking not assigned and had to frequently walk in cold to car. This hotel should be 65-80 top

Separate bathroom from makeup mirror. There was a sink in the bathroom as well Room does not let you take air-conditioning down below 70. Asked front desk for a fan and they did manage to find one. No free continental breakfast like the other BW locations we stayed.

The location was perfect and it was very spacious. It was decorated beautifully for Christmas. The bathroom was not very clean. The restaurants were not open for the hours we would have liked for both the evening (at 8 pm) and in the AM for breakfast (10:30 AM)

Absolutely Nothing!! Hotel management lied to me and took my money. They cannot keep their word. Everything!! I never went to Grand Canyon because the hotel management said that they cannot check me in due to power outage due to bad weather and agreed to refund my amount. But now they are saying that I used my reservation and stayed in their hotel.

Nice decor and great breakfast. Breakfast room was large and tables were not crowded like some facilities The only negative about this hotel was that the rooms are small. I like to bring my luggage in at night and once the luggage was in the room was crowded.

it was very close to the Soutb Rim entrance of the Grand Canyon. Service wasnt the best. A guy outside who worked at the laundry asked us if we had cocaine. The bar downstairs took a long time to get our food and bill because they were talking to friends and giving out what appeared to be free food and drinks to them.

I liked its location and the friendliness of the staff. The room wasn't particularly clean, and the walls were very thin a normal conversation taking place in the hallway woke me up in the morning, and I could hear all talking in the next room.
