Adorei. A arquitetura antiga, clássica e as necessidades contemporâneas no seu interior e decoração fantástica. Confortável, agradável, limpo, eficaz. Adorei a área externa para um dlink no fim da tarde. Recomendo e volto!!

O hotel está situado em uma ótima área para visitar a cidade a pé. É possível ir aos vários pontos turísticos de Reims a partir dele. Lojas, shopping, cafés e restaurantes estão a poucos passos de distância. As instalações do hotel são novas/reformadas mas os quartos são pequenos pelo preço cobrado. Sem falar que estacionamento e café da manhã não estão incluídos e não há carregadores de malas. O wifi também deixa a desejar. Para uma noite tudo bem mas se pretende ficar mais sugiro solicitar um quarto superior para não se sentir claustrofóbico.

Passamos um fim de semana soberbo em Reims. Fiz minha reserva com Betty, pelo telefone. Recebi uma recepção calorosa e amigável; muito agradável. Chegando ao local: o recepcionista nos recebeu em respeito às medidas sanitárias, revelando seu sorriso por trás da máscara. O quarto era magnífico e os serviços de 4 estrelas muito melhores do que o esperado com acesso à piscina, ginásio. É um verdadeiro refúgio de paz no coração do centro da cidade.Nós apreciamos muito a nossa estadia. Em particular: o tamanho da sala, sua modernidade. Acima de tudo: a recepção dos funcionários desde a chegada até a saída via DPJ.Obrigado a todos pela gentileza, nos veremos novamente com muito prazer.Antônio

Pasamos un excelente fin de semana en Reims. Hice mi reserva con Betty, por teléfono. Recibí una cálida y amistosa bienvenida; muy agradable. Al llegar al lugar: el recepcionista nos dio la bienvenida respetando las medidas sanitarias, revelando su sonrisa detrás de la máscara. La habitación era magnífica y los servicios de 4 estrellas mucho mejor de lo esperado con acceso a la piscina, gimnasio. Es un verdadero remanso de paz en el corazón del centro de la ciudad.Disfrutamos mucho de nuestra estancia. En particular: el tamaño de la habitación, su modernidad. Sobre todo: la recepción del personal desde la llegada hasta la salida a través del DPJ.Gracias a todos por su amabilidad, nos volveremos a ver con mucho gusto.Antoine

Localização muito central, e uma propriedade esteticamente agradável. Nosso quarto era muito bom, com vista para a rua. A equipe da recepção foi gentil, e permitiu um check-out tardio sem problemas. No entanto, o chuveiro cheirava a esgoto puro. Este cheiro finalmente encontrou seu caminho por toda a sala. Felizmente, abrir a janela ajudou a aliviar o odor.

Ubicación muy central, y una propiedad agradable estéticamente agradable. Nuestra habitación era bastante bonita, con vistas a la calle. El personal de recepción fue amable y permitió una salida tardía sin problemas. Sin embargo, la ducha olía a pura cloaca. Este aroma finalmente encontró su camino por toda la habitación. Afortunadamente, abrir la ventana ayudó a aliviar el olor.

Very central location, and a nice aesthetically pleasing property. Our room was quite nice, with a street view. The front desk staff was kind, and allowed a late checkout with no issues. However, the shower smelled like pure sewage. This scent eventually found its way throughout the entire room. Thankfully, opening the window helped alleviate the odor.

Hotel muy agradable ubicado en una zona agradable, conveniente para explorar la ciudad. Muy buenas comodidades, habitación excepcional de 36m2. Desayunos muy generosos y variados. Personal amigable El restaurante tiene un buen menú pero es mejor reservar. ¡Los mejores mariscos!

Fabulous hotel in great location. Staff are excellent and a big shout out to Vincent who checked us and our very large rental van in. Nothing was too much trouble. Will be back and defo recommend!

Covid Warning(!) This hotel apparently decided not to recognize EU Covid Pass (mobile app). Instead, they give every guest green paper sticker on room key at check-in and insist on using it. Despite the fact that my wife and I are fully vaccinated, they did not accept the proof of vaccination at breakfast but demanded their sticker... That would be almost funny, but on the other hand anyone without valid test/vaccination can get in just with some sticker. The manager even admitted this to me arguing it takes too long to check the Covid passes (it takes 5sec and it's done in every restaurant). I don't know if this is even legal in France. In Germany, for instance, such establishment would be closed immediately. The authorities should look into this as well as Best Western hotel chain. Sometimes there is no check at all. I don't know and I am hugely disappointed that they are so negligible and hazard with health of their guests.

Fabulous location, very nice rooms, great dining and an absolutely brilliant front desk led by Eve! Massive congratulations and a special call out for Eve who was brilliant in terms of planning everything from reservation to planning everything through the entire stay!

Lovely bar, however not the best service. We had to wait a long time to order and even went to the bar to ask for assistance. Even then the waiter went and walked around elsewhere. However, when having ordered, the cocktails came very quickly. They were pretty good and pretty cheaply priced. They even made a virgin mojito, while this wasn’t on the menu.

Really excellent service and personnel. Rooms are comfortable and very clean. Bathrooms are a bit small but frankly nothing to complain about. Very friendly staff that were very attentive and also respected Covid rules to the letter. Sauna area could be slightly improved and fitness machines not all working, but accept these are not usual circumstance. Would recommend whole heartily for a stay in Reims. Top price to quality ration too
