“Fui con mi pareja y todo fue genial, el personal súper amable y atento a todo, las instalaciones todo muy bien y el desayuno buffet había de todo, muchas opciones. Además de la ubicación que está en primera línea del puerto y con varios lugares para dejar el coche cerca. Un lugar que sin duda repetiré, lo guardo como unos de mis favoritos”

“My partner and I arrived at this hotel late in the evening and were told by the receptionist Gabriella that our booking was not on the system. However she guaranteed us that all would be fine. Although we paid for a room with pool view and were told this is what we’d be given we were allocated a room with a view of an alleyway. We then went to the reception to ask for the room we paid for and we were told that they only had a twin room with pool view available. We accepted this although we had paid for a double bed assuming that we could just push the beds together and given the fact that it was late, we were tired and the delay had resulted in us missing our dinner reservation.Upon arriving in the room we noticed that we didn’t have any towels which we then had to go and ask for and we were also met with a large urine stain on the toilet seat. After pushing the beds together we had noticed in the night that they would move apart large amounts so we decided in the morning to request a change.We spoke to the manager of the reception and after we were told that the receptionist upon our arrival hadn’t even checked us in he was able to give us a room closer to what we paid for. We had unpacked our things but when I went to shower before dinner I noticed that there was no hot water so we had to move rooms for the 4th time in less than 24 hours.The two stars awarded are for the pool facility and the decent breakfast but our overall experience in the hotel was stressful and resulted in a lot of time wasting. We also felt as though the staff were unsympathetic to the problems we were having and this along with the unfriendly holiday makers means that unfortunately we will not return to this location.”
