O que posso dizer... deveria ter lido os comentários antes de reservar aqui. O primeiro quarto em que fomos para o chuveiro não funcionou. Pedimos para mudar de quarto e eles foram confortáveis com isso. Andre na recepção foi muito agradável e agradável, que foi um bônus. No entanto, o novo quarto tinha percevejos. Percevejos. Que infelizmente não descobrimos até a manhã seguinte coberto de mordidas. Este lugar precisa de algumas atualizações e limpeza sérias. Eu me sinto nojento só de pensar nisso.

What can I say... should've read the reviews before booking here. First room we went to the shower didn't work at all. We asked to change rooms and they were accommodating to this. Andre at the front desk was very pleasant and nice, which was one bonus. However, the new room had bed bugs. Bed bugs. Which we unfortunately didn't find out until the next morning covered in bites. This place needs some serious updates and cleaning. I feel gross even thinking about it.

Esta foi uma estadia muito decepcionante. No segundo dia no quarto, quando voltamos de estar fora o dia todo, descobrimos que a segunda pia, localizada do lado de fora do banheiro, estava vazando e encharcou completamente nossa sacola de roupas, que deslizamos sob a pia para sair. do caminho. O mofo também era muito comum embaixo da pia. Olhando mais para as coisas, a pia principal do banheiro também estava vazando. A prateleira embaixo da pia estava empenada e o acabamento estava ondulando com a umidade. A prateleira realmente desmoronou em um canto por causa da umidade. Ao consultar o gerente, ele indicou que nada poderia ser feito, pois o hotel estava reservado e ele não poderia chamar um encanador até segunda-feira, dois dias depois. Para o café da manhã, peguei um par de cremes de café, mas quando fui abri-los, eles estavam tão pegajosos que precisei lavar as mãos primeiro. Era quase como se xarope tivesse sido derramado sobre eles acidentalmente. (Eu não confiava neles.) Lixo foi deixado no corredor em um dos carrinhos de bagagem. Quando trocávamos toalhas e panos, era quase como se não tivessem sido lavados - um era literalmente cinza de direto. E duas toalhas tinham vários furos. Quando fomos aquecer um item no microondas, descobrimos migalhas de um ocupante anterior do quarto. E a geladeira estava tão cheia de gelo que o segmento do freezer desmoronou. As luzes do botão do elevador não ficavam acesas quando você as pressionava, e um funcionário do hotel foi visto simplesmente despejando pastilhas de cloro na piscina sem nenhum kit de teste ou outra verificação da própria água. Fiquei em muitos hotéis ao longo dos anos. Este foi de longe um dos hotéis mais pobres que já estive.

Quarto era espaçoso e limpo, sem cheiros descolados. O banheiro mal dava descarga, foi relatado e nos deram um desentupidor!!!! As piscinas pareciam estar sempre fechadas sem explicação. 7:30 da manhã ninguém na recepção e a área de café da manhã que deveria abrir às 7 ainda não está aberta. Liguei várias vezes para a recepção e nunca obtive resposta. Apesar de tudo, não é uma experiência ruim, mas vamos procurar outras acomodações na próxima vez.

Minha família ficou no início do mês, teve um excelente momento! Quarto era muito limpo, fornecido com toalhas extras quando necessário. Café-da-manhã estava quente, e tudo estava fresco. Os membros da equipe foram muito gentis e sempre prestativos. A única desvantagem é que a piscina coberta/banheira de hidromassagem e a área do deck precisavam de um pouco de atenção. A pintura estava descascando e a água parecia um pouco questionável no primeiro dia em que estivemos lá. Ainda uma classificação de 5 estrelas porque tudo o resto compensou! No geral, uma experiência incrível e definitivamente voltaria.

Room was spacious and clean, no funky smells. The toilet barely flushed, it was reported and we were given a plunger!!!! Pools seemed to always be closed with no explanation. 7:30 am no one at the front desk and the breakfast area that was supposed to open at 7 is still not open. Called the front desk several times and never got an answer. All in all, not a bad experience but we will look for other accommodations next time.

This was a very disappointing stay.On the second day in the room, when we returned from being gone all day, we discovered the second sink, located outside of the bathroom, was leaking and had completely soaked our directly laundry bag, which we had slid under the sink to get out of the way.Mold was also very prevalent under the sink.Looking into things further, the main sink the bathroom was also leaking.The shelf under the sink was warped and it's finish was rippling from moisture.The shelf had actually collapsed in one corner from the dampness.When inquiring with the manager, he indicated nothing could be done, as the hotel was booked and he could not call a plumber until Monday, two days later.For breakfast, I grabbed a pair of coffee creamers, but when I went to open them, they were so sticky I needed to wash my hands first.It was almost as if syrup had been poured over them accidently.(I didn't trust them.)Trash was left in the hallway on one of the luggage carts.When we exchanged towels and washcloths, it was almost as if they had not been washed - one was literally gray from direct.And two towels had multiple holes in them.When we went to warm an item up in the Microwave, we discovered crumbs from a previous room occupant.And the fridge was so full of ice that the freezer segment had collapsed.The elevator push button lights would not stay illuminated when you pressed them, and a hotel employee was seen simply dumping chlorine tablets into the pool without any testing kit or other verification of the water itself.I have stayed in a lot of hotels over the years.This was by far one of the poorest run hotels I've been to.

My family stayed earlier in the month, had an excellent time! Room was very clean, supplied with extra towels when needed. Breakfast was hot, and everything was fresh. The staff members were very kind and always helpful. The only downside is that the indoor pool/hot tub and deck area needed a bit of attention. The paint was peeling and the water seemed a bit questionable the first day we were there. Still a 5 star rating because everything else made up for it! Overall an awesome experience and definitely would come back.

Em primeiro lugar, não venha para um hotel que está em 80$ por noite e espere uma experiência de 5 estrelas. É bom para o dinheiro. Os quartos eram decentes, mas poderiam ser mais limpos. As piscinas são pequenas ok se não houver mais nelas. A localização é ótima. Senta-se fora da estrada movimentada. Ficou muito quieto. O pequeno-almoço gratuito foi ótimo. Estava quente e com muita variedade.

Acabamos de fazer o check-in. Nosso quarto estava extremamente quente porque o ar-condicionado não estava ligado e o calor hoje estava acima de 100 graus. O funcionário fez questão de nos dizer se fumássemos no quarto, seria cobrado um adicional de $ 250,00. Isso foi depois que pedimos um quarto para não fumantes. A piscina está fechada, então o preço do quarto deve refletir um desconto: não há piscina em julho? Sério?

A manutenção da casa entrou no meu quarto após a 1ª noite de estadia. Levou nossas toalhas de banho e não as trocamos. Fui até a recepção e eles se recusam a nos dar toalhas para que possamos tomar banho. Muito insatisfeito com o serviço naquele motel. Nunca vai reservar novamente. Aconselho as pessoas a não utilizarem este hotel. Pelo simples fato o cliente deve ser tratado com respeito. Para pagar o preço de um quarto para obter é mau serviço ao cliente da equipe. House keeping came into my room after the 1st night stay. Took our bath towels and didn't replace them. Went to the front desk and they refuse to give us towels so we can take a shower. Very dissatisfied with the service at that motel. Will never book again. I would advise people not to use this hotel. For the simple fact customer should be treated with respect. To pay the price for a room all to get is bad customer service from the staff. Management should be very careful with to whom they hire. I will never stay at that motel ever again.Crystal Kiser

First of all don't come to a hotel that is in 80$ a night range and expect a 5 star experience. It is fine for the money. The rooms were decent but could be cleaner. The pools are small ok if no else is in them. The location is great. Sits back off the busy highway. Was very quiet. The free breakfast was great. It was hot and lots of variety.

Just checked in. Our room was extremely hot because the AC wasn't on and the heat today was over 100 degrees. The clerk made sure to tell us if we smoked in the room, we would be charged an additional $250.00. This was after we asked for a non smoking room. The pool is closed so the price of the room should reflect a discount: no pool in July? Really?

Absolutamente HORRÍVEL!! Saímos bastante da cidade para competições e férias. Nós reservamos o comfort inn and suites antes e nunca fiquei em algum lugar que parece que ninguém se importa com o hotel. Quartos sujos, área da piscina suja, serviço horrível. Havia m&ms meio derretidos no chão das pessoas anteriores. Metade do hotel cheirava mal ou a fumaça. A porta da varanda não abria. O elevador parece que vai acabar a qualquer momento. Meus filhos imploraram para subir as escadas porque estavam com medo de subir nela. Peguei as escadas e estava forrado de móveis e eletrodomésticos quebrados. Eles nos colocaram em uma sala conjunta com alguém ao nosso lado. O hotel não estava ocupado e a parede era tão fina que podíamos ouvir tudo o que acontecia no quarto ao nosso lado. Então dormir era impossível. Todas as críticas ruins que você viu são verdadeiras. Este lugar é um desastre. Não daria estrelas se possível. REPUGNANTE. FICAR LONGE. FIQUE LONGE. Tenho certeza de que meu comentário será filtrado até o final, porque as três primeiras avaliações foram boas e, em seguida, você clica nelas e as demais foram terríveis. Eu gostaria que tivéssemos visto antes de reservarmos, mas estávamos com pressa para conseguir um hotel. Minha única esperança é que alguém veja esse comentário e mude de ideia e não dê a este lugar nenhum negócio ou dinheiro.

Absolutamente HORRIBLE!! Salimos bastante de la ciudad por competencias y vacaciones. Hemos reservado Comfort Inn and Suites antes y nunca me he alojado en un lugar donde parece que a nadie le importa el hotel en absoluto. Habitaciones sucias, área de piscina sucia, servicio horrible. Había m&ms medio derretidos en el piso de las personas anteriores. La mitad del hotel olía mal oa humo. La puerta del balcón no se abría. El ascensor parece que va a fallar en cualquier momento. Mis hijos suplicaron que subieran las escaleras porque tenían miedo incluso de subirse a ellas. Tomó las escaleras y estaba llena de muebles y electrodomésticos rotos. Nos pusieron en una habitación compartida con alguien justo al lado de nosotros. El hotel no estaba ocupado y la pared era tan delgada que podíamos escuchar todo lo que sucedía en la habitación de al lado. Así que dormir era imposible. Todas las malas críticas que has visto son ciertas. Este lugar es un desastre. No daría estrellas si es posible. ASQUEROSO. MANTENTE ALEJADO. MANTENTE LEJOS. Estoy seguro de que mi comentario se filtrará hasta el final porque las tres primeras reseñas fueron buenas y luego haces clic en ellas y el resto fue terrible. Ojalá los hubiéramos visto antes de reservar, pero teníamos prisa por conseguir un hotel. Absolutely AWFUL!! We go out of town quite a bit for competitions and vacation. We have book comfort inn and suites before and never have I stayed some where that looks like nobody cares about the hotel at all. Dirty rooms, dirty pool area, awful service. There were half melted m&ms on the floor from the previous people. Half the hotel smelled bad or like smoke. Balcony door wouldn't open. The elevator sounds like it's going to give out any day now. My kids begged to take the stairs instead because they were scared to even get on it. Took the stairs and it was lined with broken furniture and appliances. They put us in a joint room with someone right next to us. The hotel was not busy and the wall was so paper thin we could hear everything going on in the room next to us. So sleep was impossible. All the bad reviews you have seen are true. This place is a disaster. I would give no stars if possible. DISGUSTING. STAY AWAY. STAY FAR AWAY. I'm sure my comment will get filtered to the bottom because the first three reviews were good reviews and then you click on them and the rest were terrible. I wish we would have seen them before we booked but we were in a hurry to get a hotel. My only hope is that someone sees this review and they change their mind and do not give this place any business or money.

No tiren su dinero en este hotel. Estuvimos esperando 2 horas para que alguien apareciera en el front desk para respondernos una pregunta antes del check in. Después el individuo que salió empezó a gritarnos irrespetuosamente porque decía que el no tenia que estar ahí para atender a nadie.No hacen las habitaciones cada día por lo que no cambian las toallas ni recogen la basura ni limpian. Estuvimos 4 días y todas las habitaciones eran un cochiquero y el refrigerador no funcionaba.El desayuno empezaba 1 hora después de lo establecido y era un asco por lo pobre y lo que ofertaban.He estado en decenas de hoteles por viajes de trabajo y vacaciones, pero este es ampliamente la experiencia más negativa pues además de este desastre de servicio siguen cobrandocarísimo. Hay otras opciones en el área por eso no cometa el error de hospedarse aquí.
