“Ok, então este é atualmente o dia 5 de quarentena para meu marido e eu. Alguns pontos positivos: a equipe tem sido simpática e prestativa, os seguranças são todos amigáveis e gostamos de conversar sobre o Reino Unido e nosso país de origem com eles. O quarto é bom, a cama é confortável e há espaço suficiente para nós dois. O chuveiro vaza muito, então só tome cuidado. Os pontos negativos: a comida é tão sem graça que pode ser apenas uma diferença cultural, mas é como se eles não acreditassem em temperos. Sempre compre comida indiana se quiser um pouco de sabor, fique longe da carne e das batatas, é apenas um pequeno pedaço de carne cozida demais e 4 batatas não muito agradáveis. O tamanho das porções não é ruim, você come bastante, o melhor café da manhã são as salsichas. Honestamente não foi uma experiência ruim, ontem à noite eles nos trouxeram a comida errada, mas não gostamos de desperdiçar comida, então a comemos. Os jantares são os mais decepcionantes. Por outro lado você consegue muitos sucos, salgadinhos, frutas e saladas, a salada de legumes não é boa, mas as outras são melhores. Dou-lhes um 3 estrelas principalmente por causa da comida. 🌟”

“Profiting off the hotel, Copthorne should be ashamed!!
I had the most awful time here and I am still upset a week later!
Horrible service, grubby rooms and disgusting food. I had to order meals via Just Eat and Deliveroo several times whilst I was here as the food was all cold and inedible, plus full of salt. They also did NOT cater for my diabetic needs, nor my Muslim diet (they tried to give me pork as they ‘had nothing else’?!?!?!’)
On top of everything, I had to call several times a day to be taken out for my outdoor break and every time I was waiting hours before anyone turned up. The most shocking thing is there was one day when no one turned up at all. Leaving me stuck in this dank, grubby room for 24 hours, no fresh air or sunlight. I felt like I was in prison.
Staff were completely useless and uncaring. They have all clearly stopped caring about the reputation of this place. All in all, I honestly believe this hotel should be shut down for its treatment of its quarantine guests and should 1 million percent at least lose its 4 Star review, even 1 star is too kind!
I will never ever recommend this hotel or any other Copthorne Hotel in the future!!!
