“I booked this hotel solely because of the spa pool I was very saddened and disappointed that the spa did not meet my expectations it was very lukewarm there was no steam rising from the spa which is a great indication that it is very hot I actually went back to the room for a hot soak in the bath. There was no communication from the staff that the spa was not working or that it had been turned down. Secondly I think the rooms are dated and we didn't even have a mini bar, we had one wine glass and there is no menu for room service. When we asked reception they said we only do pizzas and snack foods, come on Copthorne not good enough. It was such a let down I hope that when I go to Copthorne Hokianga at the end of this month that they restore my faith in your Hotel.A plus for me was the reception and restaurant staff very friendly and check in and out was quick and easy.”
