“It's one of the largest and oldest Hotels in Rotorua. Staff polite, but hotel on skeleton crew due to fewer overseas visitors. Beds super comfortable, but check room as housekeeping can miss things. Restaurant closed for evening meals, use Uber Eats. Breakfast on offer, Sunil managing the breakfast service was really professional and attentive. Breakfasts are great! I recommend the omelets.”

Pior hotel que fiquei não tem ar condicionado e ventiladores barulhento péssimo, a cama e horrível,cafe da manhã fraco pedi um leite quente estou esperando ate agora, o wifi pega bem fraco e limete de banda de 2mb e falaro que tem ar condicionado so são poucos quartos que tem nota de 0 a 10 do 1

Worst stay I ever had in Rotorua. I would never ever recommend to anyone to go there. Room service was extremely poor and the lady was so rude. No customer services skills. They need to hire some good staff and need to provide some customer services training.

Es uno de los hoteles más grandes y antiguos de Rotorua. Personal educado, pero hotel con tripulación mínima debido a que hay menos visitantes extranjeros. Camas súper cómodas, pero revisa la habitación ya que el servicio de limpieza puede perderse cosas. Restaurante cerrado para la cena, usa Uber Eats. Desayuno ofrecido, Sunil gestionando el servicio de desayuno fue muy profesional y atento. ¡Los desayunos son geniales! Recomiendo las tortillas.

É um dos maiores e mais antigos hotéis de Rotorua. Funcionários educados, mas hotel com equipe mínima devido ao menor número de visitantes estrangeiros. Camas super confortáveis, mas conferem quarto pois a arrumação pode faltar coisas. Restaurante fechado para jantares, use Uber Eats. Café da manhã em oferta, Sunil gerenciando o serviço de café da manhã foi muito profissional e atencioso. Café-da-manhã são ótimos! Eu recomendo as omeletes.

Desafortunadamente, este hotel no estuvo a la altura de las críticas que nos dieron. El inodoro funcionaba continuamente y llenaba el sistema, el refrigerador emitía un zumbido muy fuerte durante aproximadamente una hora y nos despertaba durante toda la noche. Tuvimos que ir y pedir papel higiénico casi tan pronto como llegamos a la habitación, ya que no había ninguno, luego cuando nos dimos nuestra primera ducha (después de que el agua nos golpeara sin parar directamente en la cara ya que no podíamos cabeza y el agua se fue en todas direcciones) ¡Fui a envolverme con una toalla y descubrí que tenía arañas! ¡Como si eso no fuera lo suficientemente malo, la toalla que usaba mi esposo tenía agujeros! Y ni siquiera comenzaré con la gran placa de metal que corría al lado de la cama o el gabinete sucio que albergaba las tazas, etc. Muy malas condiciones, independientemente del precio, el hotel necesita una renovación / mejora y el personal necesita una reorganización. Íbamos a que nuestro personal se quedara aquí mientras trabajaban en el área durante los próximos 6 meses, pero la gota que colmó el vaso fue la basura del inodoro en el alféizar de la ventana cuando nos íbamos, no hay forma de que nuestros muchachos se queden en tal Malas condiciones después de un día de construcción de 10-12 horas.

Infelizmente, este hotel não viveu até os comentários que nos foram dados. O banheiro funcionava continuamente e enchia o sistema, a geladeira fazia um zumbido muito alto por cerca de uma hora de cada vez, nos acordando a noite toda. Tivemos que ir e pedir papel higiênico quase assim que chegamos ao quarto, pois não havia nenhum, então quando tomamos nosso primeiro banho (depois de sermos explodidos sem parar pela água diretamente no rosto, pois não poderíamos ajustar o Eu fui enrolar uma toalha em volta de mim apenas para descobrir que tinha aranhas nela! Como se isso não bastasse, a toalha que meu marido usou tinha buracos! E não vou nem começar com a grande placa de metal que corria ao lado da cama ou o armário sujo que abrigava as xícaras, etc. Condições muito ruins, independentemente do preço, o hotel precisa de uma reforma / atualização e os funcionários precisam de uma reforma. Nossa equipe ficaria aqui enquanto trabalham na área pelos próximos 6 meses, mas a gota d'água para nós foi o lixo do banheiro no parapeito da janela quando estávamos saindo, de jeito nenhum faríamos nossos rapazes ficarem em tal más condições após um dia de construção de 10-12 horas.

Unfortunately this hotel didn't live up to the reviews we were given.The toilet ran continuously and would fill the system, the fridge made a very loud hum for about an hour at a time waking us up all through the night.We had to go and ask for toilet roll almost as soon as we got to the room as there was none, then when we had our first shower (after being blasted non stop by the water directly in the face as we couldn't adjust the head and the water went in every direction) I went to wrap a towel around me only to find it had spiders in it!As if that wasn't bad enough the towel my husband used had holes in it!!And I won't even start about the large metal plate that ran beside the bed or the dirty cabinet that housed the cups etc.Very poor conditions regardless of price the hotel needs a make over/upgrade and the staff need a shake up.We were going to have our staff stay here while they work in the area for the next 6 months but the final straw for us was the toilet rubbish on the window sill as were leaving, there is no way we would have our lads stay in such poor conditions after a 10-12 hour day of building.
