We LOVED the Country Inn brand. Leave it to Florida to ruin a good hotel brand's reputation. The same thing happened to us at an Aloft in Miami. Please just tear this place down and start over, or rebrand it as a Super 8.

Hotel agradável, tranquilo e seguro. Os funcionários foram todos muito simpáticos e prestativos, e a localização é ideal se você estiver precisando visitar o Campus da Mayo Clinic. Fiquei grato por uma cama confortável e limpa e um chuveiro quente, bem como pelas opções de café da manhã para viagem disponíveis no saguão. Eu ficaria aqui novamente se eu voltasse a Jacksonville para uma visita!

Nice, quiet, safe-feeling hotel. The staff were all very kind and helpful, and the location is ideal if you are needing to visit the Mayo Clinic Campus. I was thankful a clean comfortable bed and a hot shower, as well as the breakfast grab-and-go options available in the lobby. I would stay here again if I were to return to Jacksonville for a visit!

Se eu pudesse deixar um comentário negativo para esta fossa de um estabelecimento, eu o faria. Existem enormes áreas de carpete descolorido em todo o primeiro andar, o resto do carpete está sendo preso com fita adesiva. A academia e a piscina ainda estão fechadas e o café da manhã é proibido. Quando abrimos a porta do nosso quarto, fomos recebidos com um odor avassalador de mofo e mofo. A argamassa do banheiro é nojenta, com longos cabelos negros espalhados pelo chão do banheiro. O tapete em todo o quarto está molhado! Tivemos que colocar as toalhas fora do banheiro apenas para entrar no quarto. E uma vez que o serviço de limpeza também não existe no momento, não podemos obter toalhas adicionais para um banho. Este quarto NÃO deve ser alugado!

O pessoal é amigável O edifício é um pouco mais velho, mas todas as comodidades estão lá. Os buffets de café da manhã acabaram, você pode simplesmente pegar uma maçã ou um donut pré-embalado ou algo parecido, mas no que diz respeito à localização, é logo na saída da 202, então é uma boa localização, mas meio difícil de entrar e sair por causa de todo o tráfego . A única coisa a curta distância no que diz respeito à comida é que Dave & Buster nunca esteve lá. Minha experiência foi um pouco estranha, mas apenas porque algumas pessoas estranhas estavam ficando lá não tenho certeza se eles trabalham na área ou o que quer que seja, mas parece estar lá por alguns dias. Fora isso, foi uma boa experiência. Sem problemas.

If I could leave a negative review for this cesspool of an establishment, I would. There are huge areas of bleached out carpet all throughout the first floor, the rest of the carpet is being held together with duct tape. The gym and pool are still closed and breakfast is a no go. When we opened the door to our room we were greeted with an overwhelming odor of must and mold. The grout in the bathroom is disgusting with long black hair all over the bathroom floor. The carpet all throughout the room is wet! We had to lay down the towels out of the bathroom just to walk in the room. And since housekeeping is also non existent right now we can not get additional towels for a shower. This room should NOT be rented out!

The staff is friendly The building is a little older but all the amenities are there. The breakfast buffets gone you can just grab an apple or a prepackaged donut or something head out the door but as far as location it's right off of 202 so it's a good location but kind of difficult to get in and out of because of all the traffic. Only thing within walking distance as far as food is Dave & Buster's never been there. My experience was a little weird but only because some strange people were staying there not sure if they work in the area or whatever but it seems to be there for a couple of days. Other than that it was a good experience. No issues.

Checking in was great and the lady was so sweet!! But for the money I spent I excepted clean room, there either blood stains on the floor or idk something red 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ The sheet smelled dirty and just weird. Not like your normal clean sheet smells. Bathroom was not the cleanest either. A/c did not work the greatest! Very disappointed and will not be back.

Imundo!!! Os tapetes não estavam limpos, havia resíduos de comida no quarto, o banheiro não estava limpo. Quando chegamos, o primeiro quarto era terrível, então pedimos para ser transferidos para outro quarto. Aquele também estava sujo. Decidimos fazer o check-out completamente e terminar a viagem mais cedo. NÃO RECOMENDE !!!!

Filthy!!! The carpets were not clean, there was food residue in the room, the bathroom was not clean. When we arrived the first room was TERRIBLE, so we asked to be switched to another room. That one was filthy as well. We decided to check out completely and end the tripearly. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!

The hallways are really dirty and kind of gross. Our room wasn't the best. The pillows were uncomfortable and the blankets were not designed for a king bed. The bathroom wasn't fully cleaned. There was hair in the shower and on the walls. As we were walking out one day, one of the housekeepers was making questionable remarks about women of another race than her. I definitely would not recommend staying here unless you can't find anywhere else. The front desk agent, Pam, was the best part of staying here. She was very friendly and helpful. She was able to find a pack n' play for our daughter and let us check in early.
