After an incredibly long day of flying with everything imaginable going wrong, it was the best thing to walk into this hotel and see Valerie’s smile and say “you made it, Aubrey!” (we had been in communication that day regarding my reservation). She was so sweet and so helpful! I get to my room and was completely at peace. It was super clean, modern, and so comfortable. I was here for a whole week, and the best part of my stay was going down to their cafe and in morning and getting incredible service from Kelsey. He always had a big smile on his face, even at 6 am!! Took great care of me and made a darn good cup of Joe! There are a bunch of other restaurants around the hotel as well, but idk why you would want to go anywhere else with the selection of food this cafe provides. I’m sure I’ll be back in Savannah soon, and I won’t stay anywhere other than Courtyard Marriott in Pooler. Thank you for making my experience so great! We usually stay at a Marriott facility when we travel. There are several Marriott facilities in the area, but this ranks at the top of our list. Just HORRIBLE!!!! Especially for almost $300 per night …I have stayed in really cheap hotels and they have all been clean. We Checked in and our room had not been cleaned at all. Requested a new room which was marginally cleaner. Moldy stained towels. No moisturizer bottles provided (the one time I don’t bring my own) No wipes or towels were available in the gym. Barely anything available in the store downstairs to purchase. Internet service non existent. Elevator service expired in June 2022 … our stay was end of September 2022. Breakfast was barely edible. See photos below … Simplesmente HORRÍVEL!!!! Especialmente por quase US$ 300 por noite… Fiquei em hotéis muito baratos e todos eles foram limpos. Fizemos o check-in e nosso quarto não tinha sido limpo. Solicitou um novo quarto que era marginalmente mais limpo. Toalhas manchadas de mofo. Nenhum frasco de hidratante fornecido (a única vez que não trago o meu) Não havia lenços ou toalhas disponíveis na academia. Quase nada disponível na loja no andar de baixo para comprar. The whole place seemed damp. The pool was advertised as being open (major reason we chose this location) but was green and in fact closed. I was told by the person I booked with that it was open. I in fact changed locations from another, newer Marriott Hotel because of the pool being open. Having 4 kids, a pool is just a must for us. It was my daughters birthday and she was very disappointed that she didn't get to swim. Front desk staff was great, the breakfast staff was not. They were rude to my kids. The room was spacious and seemingly clean, however after only one night we all were congested and glad to leave. Todo o lugar parecia úmido. The service here is just terrible. I have stayed for 10 days and the cleaning services showed up only once after chasing them for three days. I woke up yesterday and I found molds growing right inside my room (pic below). I dunno what would I see if I stayed longer. If this is what we see in the room, I wonder what would be happening in the kitchen!! I just can’t trust their services anymore. Pool is closed too. It’s just the worst experience I have ever lived in a hotel!! O serviço aqui é simplesmente terrível. Staff confused about hotel policies, breakfast was so-so, card banged overnight for no reason, card overcharged too. There was 1 woman at the front desk who was able to help get the errors straight. Question is, why did she have to do so? Staff was not on point at all. They always greeted us with a smile on their faces and helped out in any way they could. If it weren’t for them, I would have given this place a 1 star.Cons: We had booked 2 rooms and changed many times to find the best ones. We understand that they’re short-staffed and currently hiring. After deciding to stay in the chosen rooms, we found more problems that needed to be fixed, or places that were dirty. The main thing was that the pet hair was everywhere. Swimming pool looks black and hasn’t been used in months. Some gym equipment doesn’t work.Breakfast was ok, not many hot food options, just the typical continental breakfast. I was very surprised by the lack of attention/care given to the room before we checked in.We called a day in advance and switched from a King room to 2 Queens and the online staff was great.We did have to pay a $65 upcharge which I was hoping would not be the case, but we said no problem.Getting to the hotel and into the room made me very upset about the cost of the room for one night, $265.I shouldn't have to pay you to give you a list of everything wrong with the room.I feel like there is a level of service I expect if I am paying for a premium experience that is given by Marriot Hotels.Here is your list for room 104. The desk chair's hydraulics are broken and the chair slams down when you sit on it - hurts when you're not expecting it! The desk lamp flickers occasionally. The TV is very dim and could not access TV menu to adjust the brightness. Center light fixture between the beds - case is falling off and small left light does not work at all. No hand soap in the bathroom at the sink - really?? Bathroom Mirror light on right side is out - left side works - top flickers. Shower glass was not clean - bottom 1/4 was streaky and previous water stains were not cleaned. Shower floor was very slippery - might need to be cleaned better. Kitchen sink does not have hot water. Refrigerator light is hanging and looks to be fixed with electrical tape.Please tell me this is not the experience you want your guests to have in such a beautiful hotel. Things just went from horrible to the worst in a matter of 15 minutes here. Front door is hard to locate.Front desk ladies were counting the drawer instead of checking me in.Not friendly whatsoever.Loud lobby area.Asked for two beds in our suite and they gave us one.Asked for low floor, was on third.Asked to be near elevator since we had pets with us, we were located at the farthest end of the hall away from elevator.The room is so dingy, wallpaper falling off, not clean, dusty, dirty carpet, blatant white stains on the couch pillows and couch itself, leftover toilet paper from previous people, toilet paper holder broke so falls off when using, cleanliness was non apparent, walking to our room there’s a stained mattress in the hallway from a room and towels thrown everywhere in the hallway… I could go on! I wouldn’t even allow my worst enemy to stay here.Glad we literally are here for one night! For the amount we paid this is a disgrace.Stay far away from this place!
