Cleanliness of room acceptable. The lighting in the room dim. It would be nicer if one of the 6 lamps had brighter lighting. The mini fridge on the floor cabinet tips forward slightly, and sometimes food falls out onto the carpet.Service is questionable. I had a difficult timesorting out an overcharge where they've charged my incidental credit card for the amount of the full stay. They didn't tell me they were charging the full stay or tell me the amount of the full stay. They just asked for an incidental card. They called me at work and said I needed to provide a new incidental card when I returned from work because they had to reverse the incorrect charge. I said no problem, but this could have been avoided if you could just tell me the amount you want to charge on the card before you swipe it. He told me he was not able to do that. I felt he was giving me an attitude. I said 'look I'm already checked into your room." Just tell me now how much you want to charge so we can avoid any more mistakes. He said the computer will not tell him until they charge it to my account.It appears he wanted me to believe it was the computers fault that the employees don't know how much is going to be charged on my credit card. I told him from now on whenever you swipe anybodys card, just say the amount you're charging to the person, and this problem won't ever happen again. He got frustrated and hung up on me because he refused to take accountability for the mistake that was made.When I arrived tonight, I asked a different employee how much the charge for incidentals was, and he gave me a simple straightforward answer. "It's $20 per day." That's all I needed to know. I gave him my card and we paid for it.Whoever it was that called me at work was very unprofessional. He was demanding that I give him a credit card after a huge $1200 mistake they made. He refused to tell me how much he would charge on it when asked multiple times.I gave this review 1 extra star because at least one person here was honest enough to tell me how incidentals are calculated. My husband and I stayed here for two nights. First the service was 5 star the people were wonderful and so accommodating. The room was very clean, had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker which is hard to find in hotels these days. As hotel owner myself there were a few things that made this not a 5 star stay: the frame on the bathroom mirror was broken as well as the wall sconces next to the bed were mounted crooked and the light covers were falling off. My husband is a little OCD so the 4 different wall papers kind of got to him a bit. Also the TV is mounted next to the closet and if laying in bed it cuts off a few inches of the TV for the person laying in bed closest to the closet. Overall was a good stay, we would stay again just a few things for maintenance if anyone from the hotel is reading this review. Meu marido e eu ficamos aqui por duas noites. Primeiro, o serviço foi 5 estrelas, as pessoas foram maravilhosas e tão acolhedoras. O quarto era muito limpo, tinha um frigorífico, microondas e máquina de café que é difícil de encontrar em hotéis estes dias. Como proprietário do hotel, havia algumas coisas que fizeram com que isso não fosse uma estadia de 5 estrelas: a moldura do espelho do banheiro estava quebrada, assim como as arandelas de parede ao lado da cama estavam montadas tortas e as capas de luz estavam caindo. Meu marido é um pouco TOC, então os 4 papéis de parede diferentes o incomodaram um pouco. Além disso, a TV é montada ao lado do armário e, se estiver na cama, corta alguns centímetros da TV para a pessoa deitada na cama mais próxima do armário. No geral foi uma boa estadia, ficaríamos novamente apenas algumas coisas para manutenção se alguém do hotel está lendo este comentário.

Their beds are hard as a rock, pillows seem to be just air, and the coffee... 2 kng beds, 3 ppl, and 1 packet of coffee. I had to go downstairs and ask for more,but they only had 1 to give me. No sleeves for the coffee cups. And what hotels, don't provide free coffee downstairs. Won't ever stay here again. Rooms WERE very clean, and had the amount of towels needed for guests. But NOT coffee. Suas camas são duras como uma rocha, travesseiros parecem ser apenas ar, e o café... 2 kng camas, 3 pessoas e 1 pacote de café. Eu tive que descer e pedir mais, mas eles só tinham 1 para me dar. Sem mangas para as xícaras de café. E que hotéis, não oferecem café grátis no andar de baixo. Nunca vou ficar aqui novamente.
