A única razão pela qual este lugar não está recebendo 5 estrelas é porque nos 3 anos que estou aqui, está sempre em construção. Não tenho certeza se são os empreiteiros se movendo mais devagar do que os mortos, ou o tempo em minhas viagens. Quando a reforma estiver concluída, este lugar será incrível!

The only reason this place isn't getting 5 stars is because in the 3 years that I've been going here,it's always in construction. I'm not sure whether it's the contractors moving slower than dead people, or the timing in my trips. When the renovation is done, this place will be amazing!

Eu não tenho idéia por que este hotel é classificado tão altamente ainda. O lobby está em reforma, por isso não tem comodidades - uma das poucas razões pelas quais eu geralmente gosto de ficar no Courtyards - a oferta de bar e comida decentes. Todo o andar de baixo está um lixo. Os tapetes estão manchados, há rastros de sujeira e manchas por toda parte, não há guarnição, as placas das portas estão rachadas e faltando, o lugar inteiro cheira mal. I have no idea why this hotel is rated so highly still. Lobby is under renovation so it has no amenities - one of the few reasons why I generally like to stay at Courtyards - the decent bar offering and food. The entire downstairs is trashed. Carpets are stained, there are tracks of dirt and stains all down it, there's no trim, door signs are cracked and missing, the entire place smells. The rooms aren't much better - small and outdated, air conditioning that feels like it's straining to keep it from being a swamp inside. They oversell the hotel, so even if you booked a king size bed they'll throw you into a double room and just make you deal with it - and at $180+ a night? Are you kidding? Thank god there is an outback steakhouse in the same parking lot so you might at least get some type of food that isn't gas station food, which is about your only alternative. If I hadn't prepaid and wasn't going to be staying only one night, I'd be out of here and doing a chargeback on my card.

Oh querida, por onde começar. O hotel está um desastre completo, e não só porque está passando por uma grande reforma.Fizemos o check-in com todas as nossas malas e fomos informados de que o elevador não estava funcionando. OK tudo bem. Nós carregamos nossas malas por dois lances de escada e as arrastamos sobre o tapete do corredor mais repugnantemente manchado que eu já vi. E então... abrimos a porta do nosso quarto e estava completamente desfeita. Tipo, cama desfeita, toalhas de banho no chão, realmente desfeitas. Claro que não ficamos, então às 23:00 carregamos nossas coisas de volta por dois lances de escada e encontramos outro hotel a 15 minutos de distância. Que aglomerado. Este lugar não deve ser autorizado a ser aberto.

Oh dear, where to start. The hotel is a complete wreck, and not only because it is undergoing a major renovation. We checked in with all of our bags and were told that the elevator wasn’t working. Okay, fine. We hauled our bags up two flights of stairs and dragged them over the most disgustingly stained hall carpet I have ever seen. And then … we opened the door to our room and it was completely unmade. Like, bed unmade, bathroom towels on the floor, really unmade. Of course we didn’t stay, so at 11:00PM we hauled our stuff back down two flights of stairs and found another hotel 15 minutes away. What a cluster. This place should not be allowed to be open.

Na verdade, eu não fiquei aqui. Minha filha e meu novo marido fizeram depois do casamento antes da lua de mel. Ela não estava feliz. Naquela noite havia um grupo de pessoas do lado de fora fazendo uma espécie de festa bebendo e fazendo muito barulho até as 2 da manhã. Foram necessárias algumas reclamações dos clientes para que a equipe controlasse a situação. Então ela se programou para usar a sala de conferências para um pequeno café da manhã para a família e amigos no dia seguinte ao casamento. A sala não estava pronta a tempo e a família teve que contribuir para configurar a sala corretamente depois que a equipe fez uma ridícula tabela de posicionamento de trabalho. Nós não vamos voltar.

A conclusão é que no fim de semana de 18/06/22 reservei dois quartos conjugados para um casamento e um deles, Rm 128, tinha percevejos na espreguiçadeira. Foi apenas na espreguiçadeira e não nas camas de qualquer quarto. Peguei um dos insetos e mostrei para a recepção. Meu maior incômodo com a equipe foi que uma ampla senhora com longos cabelos presos e chinelos felpudos disse que não era um percevejo. Eu disse a ela para olhar mais de perto e sua resposta foi "Não, eu não quero chegar perto disso" Totalmente não profissional! Eles se ofereceram para mudar meu quarto ou me reembolsar por um quarto se eu quisesse ficar. Tentei encontrar outro lugar para ir, mas não havia outros quartos disponíveis na área. O resto dos funcionários teve uma atitude melhor e me colocou em contato com a gerência. Em última análise, fui reembolsado do custo de ambos os quartos para minha estadia completa. Com base na minha experiência com viagens, isso pode ser o melhor que posso fazer, mas não gostei que minhas pernas ficassem inflamadas e coçando nos próximos dias. Eu insisti que eles tratassem o quarto, mas quando saímos, a arrumação estava preparando o quarto. Espero que outros não coloquem suas malas naquela cadeira e levem insetos indesejados para casa.

The bottom line is that over the weekend of 6/18/22 I reserved two connecting rooms for a wedding and one of them, Rm 128, had BED BUGS in the lounge chair. It was only in the lounge chair and not the beds of either room. I caught one of the bugs and showed it to the front desk. My biggest bother with the staff was that an ample lady with long locked hair and fuzzy slippers said it wasn't a bed bug. I told her to look closer and her response was "No, I don't want to get close to it" Totally unprofessional! They offered to change my room or refund me for one room if I wished to stay. I tried to find someplace else to go, but no other rooms were available in the area. The rest of the employees had a better attitude and got me in touch with management. Ultimately, I was reimbursed the cost of both rooms for my full stay. Based on my experience with travel, that may be the best I can do, but I didn't like my legs being inflamed and itching for the next few days. I insisted that they treat the room, but as we checked out, housekeeping was prepping the room. I hope others don't put their bags on that chair and take home unwanted bugs.

I didn't actually stay here. My daughter and new husband did after wedding before honeymoon. She was NOT happy. That night there was a group of people outside having a party of sorts drinking and being very loud until 2 in the morning. It took a few complaints from customers to get staff to control situation. Then she scheduled to use conference room for a little catered breakfast for family and friends day after wedding. The room was not ready on time and family had to pitch in to get room setup correctly after staff did a rediculous job positioning tables. We won't be going back.

Demorou 14 horas para chegar aqui, então foi um local bem-vindo. A piscina era fantástica: externa, aquecida e aberta! Exatamente o que eu precisava depois da longa viagem. Seguido com um bom copo de vinho no Bistro que estava aberto! Bom ver um Marriott Open! A equipe foi fabulosa! A comida do bar era boa. A cama era confortável! Obrigada!

It took 14 hours to get here so it was a welcomed site. The pool was fantastic: outside, heated, and Open! Just what I needed after the long drive. Followed this with a nice glass of wine at the Bistro which was Open! Nice to see a Marriott Open! The staff was fabulous! The bar food was good. The bed was comfy! Thank you!

Foi talvez o pior hotel Courtyard Marriot que eu nunca fiquei, que vergonha para a marca Marriot. O chão estava sujo, sem serviço de arrumação de quarto por 4 dias durante toda a minha estadia, sem café da manhã de cortesia e até mesmo um café de boas-vindas, restaurante caro no hotel e chave de porta eletrônica não trabalhada. A única coisa boa foi talvez apenas a quantidade suficiente de água do chuveiro. I se hospedaram em outros hotéis de marca nas proximidades e todos são muito melhor do que este. Deixei meu feedback para a pesquisa conforme solicitado pelo Marriott. Eu não recebi nenhuma compensação pelos pobres ou pelo não serviço, mas apenas as palavras do gerente da frente de que ela falaria com a manutenção da casa e a equipe da recepção - a satisfação do cliente não é garantida.

It was perhaps the worst Courtyard Marriot hotel that I have never stayed, what a disgrace to Marriot brand name. The floor was dirty, no room house-keeping service for 4 days during my entire stay, no complimentary breakfast and even a welcome coffee, expensive in-hotel restaurant, and unworked e-door key. The only good thing was perhaps just the sufficient amount of water out from the shower head. I have stayed in other brand hotels nearby and they are all much better than this one. I left my feedback to the survey as per requested by Marriot. I did not get any compensation for the poor or non-service but only the wordings from the front manager that she would speak with the house keeping and front office staff - the customer's satisfaction is not guaranteed.

Muitas vezes ficar nesta área e hotéis ao redor. Bem renovado, quartos agradáveis, mas sem café da manhã de cortesia/continental ou até mesmo café é um grande desvio para os preços comparáveis. Eles têm um bistrô, no entanto, é muito caro. A partir de agora, mudará para os outros hotéis com base no valor e na conveniência.

Often stay in this area and hotels surrounding. Nicely renovated, nice rooms but no complimentary/continental breakfast or even coffee is a major turn off for the comparable pricing. They do have a bistro, however, it is overpriced. Will be switching to the other hotels from now on based on value and convenience.
