“Filthy ants swarming all over bathroom and on carpet inside of room! Ants swarming near garbage left near ice machines. Extremely unsanitary and we are concerned that we will be bringing an any problem back to our homes after staying here. The manager Leah was unapologetic and arrogant. Leah is horrible with customer service and rude. She blamed the weather when it is a known fact by all staff that this location has major insect problems regularly. Most guests likely aren't here long enough to see because the carpet in the rooms is black so you can't easily see the ants all over it until you spill something and they swarm. Disgusting.
