“We recently held a corporate event here and I can’t thank them enough. Everything we agreed upon happened without a hitch. No technical issues, the room was ready when we arrived early, management was super responsive the morning of when we had a few last minute seating changes, etc. They worked with our outside caterer and cleaned everything up when we were done. The staff and set up made for an amazing event and it was a huge success. I can’t thank them enough.”

“I am a frequent patron of Marriott and the Courtyard brand, but this place did not meet my usual expectations. The lobby looked clean and renovated but consistently smelled like the devil's lettuce the night we arrived. We were disappointed that the bistro and bar were not open during typical evening hours, which is an expected amenity at Courtyard properties. The room itself had a very awkward layout with a useless uncomfortable loveseat in the corner. The air conditioning system and thermostat did not work properly. The Wall thermostat did not work at all and had to be controlled at the wall unit. The automatic fan on the wall unit did not function and we had to leave the fan constantly on. The body wash dispenser was on the floor of the tub when we arrived. The shower head and diverter did not work properly. There was some weird bubbly sticker placed over a dirty tub basin and mold on the shower bar. Additionally, the shower was missing a waterproof liner resulting in a saturated cloth curtain. After a long day on the road we didn't want to deal with a room change. On the plus side, the hotel is in a great location with lots of dining/shopping options within walking distance or a short drive. The hotel also appeared to have a relatively large selection of market items a available at the front desk. The bed was a little firmer than I prefer, but it was comfortable. Be aware that like at all Courtyard properties, breakfast is not included and must be purchased at the bistro. We did not try it as the menu was a bit overpriced, so I cannot comment on the food and service quality.”
