“Hotel velho, podia ser melhor!”

“We left after two hours. It was nice and the front desk staff was helpful and polite, but there was an incident that took place and we left. Now they won’t refund us our money. The room was $160 per night we didn’t even touch a thing in it we were in the pool. Discrimination against a 3 year old with autism is apparently “minor”. Cannot express how upset we are. Do not stay here if you have small children!!”
