“Chegamos para encontrar a taxa de rack era metade do que tínhamos pago, mas eles não se importaram. Os salões eram miseráveis, os elevadores barulhentos, os quartos mais caros que a Times Square NYC. A banheira de hidromassagem estava fechada, assim como a garagem. Houve uma briga aos gritos no corredor e meu amigo teve que entrar na sala para evitar ser espancado. A recepção não respondeu, e quando dissemos a eles pela manhã, eles tentaram nos culpar por não ligar para eles. 0/10 nunca vá lá. Nos sentimos inseguros.”

“We arrived to find the rack rate was half what we had paid but they didn't care. Halls were shabby, elevators squeaky, rooms more expensive than Times Square NYC. The hot tub was closed, as was the parking garage. There was a screaming fight in the hallway and my friend had to duck into the room to avoid getting beaten. Front desk didn't answer, and when we told them in the morning they tried to blame us for not calling them. 0/10 don't ever go there. We felt unsafe.”
