“This hotel was one of the options to choose from the hotel list provided by the government when returning to Canada. I did the reservation a week prior to arriving in Canada, the hotel immediately charged my credit card while I was still traveling rather than completing it once I arrived.
We stayed at the hotel for 1 and 1/2 days, and on the last day they did not provide dinner!! We called numerous times, and they told us it would arrive in 10 minutes. However, we never got it! By 9pm we got our covid test results and we left. We notified them, and we didn't get any refund for the missing meals, not even an apology from the front desk. The reception told us if we have a complaint tell the government with much attitude.
I'm guessing that they already know that we're going to leave that night because the others guess that came with us, left before us, so they don't bothered to give us a dinner!!!
The rate of the meals are 1/2 star 🌟 !! Paying $400 a day??? Really?? Taking advantage of the situation!!! I won't recommend at all!!!”

“If I could rate zero stars I would. Keep in mind they make you pay $800 per night for the covid package and was promised good food and service. They are serving us food that is worse than high school cafeteria food with no drinks. We were promised to be reimbursed for the $54 10 minute ride from the airport and the hotel lobby said it is the staff at the airport that ripped us off and basically it’s not their problem. You would expect for the prices we pay and the fact we are being forced to stay here we would get decent food and service. I hope this place gets shut down or sued. I am going to make sure to tell everyone how awful this “high end” hotel is. Absolutely ridiculous.”
