“We stayed here for 3 nights and found the front desk staff welcoming upon check-in. In addition, the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and ready for us when we arrived. I used the fitness center every morning and it was nice seeing the floors being cleaned or already cleaned when I would go to the fitness center. In addition, we highly recommend if you are staying Thursday-Monday to visit Billy the Greek at the outside bar in the evening. He was super friendly and made sure to give each guest his full attention. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would consider staying here again upon another visit.”

“I was very disappointed in the quality of the hotel for being a Hilton property.I expected a much better maintained property and a better handle on the guests.The property was supposed to be smoke free but I had to move my room because the neighboring room decided they wanted to smoke pot in their room.When we moved to a different floor, we could smell more of the same in the hallway.The rooms are well past the there useful life and should be remodeled and repaired.I understand that when you are a hotel in Key West, you can basically charge what you want but I select Hilton properties for a reason and this one disappointed.The staff was good and we had no problems with anyone in the hotel.The wait staff in the restaurant and the bar did an outstanding job ensuring we were taken care of.I would not recommend this property until the put some serious effort into repairing the property.Reply: Thank you for taking the opportunity to respond to my review.Somehow, I do not think you will address any of my concerns and that you will continue to operate the hotel in the present condition.There are many many choices of places to stay in Key West, and I am sure that I will be looking at them first on our next trip.I wish you the very best.”
