“We have stayed here a lot over the years, and this last last stay will definitely be my last. The perks of this place were always nice rooms, great bar and restaurant, and even better breakfast buffet. This last stay?? The rooms smelled like weed, the bar served us an absolutely terrible meal that we ended up leaving over half of it there, the breakfast buffet is gone and replaced with $25 per plate breakfast.. this place went from really nice place to stay, to a complete dump. as of 2022, I recommend a motel 6 and Taco Bell over this flea bag hotel”

“I can't say that I had the best time at the hotel. One issue is I had to pay an extra $100 and that wasn't on my ticket. While do I understand I'll get that back as long as I don't damage anything or use the parking lot too much it would have been better if that money was shown it to me from the beginning it just feels kind of deceptive. Problem number two when I was on my to vacuum my car and leave the hotel to go take care of an errand I didn't like that the lady parking lot security guard was watching me like I understand your job is to be a security guard but goodness. I don't know the lady felt threatened (and I never spoke to her by the way) because then another security guard came in and all he told me was that the lady was the parking lot security guard and I'm fine. What was the point of all that? Definitely made me feel uncomfortable. Problem number three the card I used to get through the gate and leave the parking lot wasn't working so I had to go back inside and get a new card in order for me to get through. Problem number 4 and even though this didn't happen to me I heard someone speak to a lady at the front desk telling her that there were people stuck in the elevator. Problem number 5 they overcharged me for the parking lot part. I only used the parking lot for one night and they charged me for two nights. The only good thing in the hotel was the room and the bed. All in all I've been to better hotels with better pricing. The money I spent for the 2 days I spent in this hotel just didn't seem worth it. I really think that they need to step their game up and do better.”
