“From the moment we arrived to Dreams Vista Cancun Golf and Spa resort we were welcomed with smiles and amazing hospitality. The staff is second to none. We were Escorted to the 9 floor where we had a private check-in in the Preferred Club.Whatever questions I had and I had a lot of questions Roberto had answer and a solution. I needed a birthday cake last minute with a romantic dinner reservation Roberto made it happen without hesitation, tables and transportation to the local night life Consider It Done! He had everything we need during our entire stay.The Preferred Club on the 9th floor has the best bartender in all of Cancun his Name is Hector. Hector is a true professional 👏 👌🏾 his mixed drinks leave you speechless with his presentation and taste. He has GREAT interpersonal skills conversation and advice on some of the best tequilas in all of Mexico. He prides himself on getting your order correct the first time.This 4 Diamond Resort is someplace I will be tell all my friends to visit and ask for Roberto Club Preferred Concierge and Hector Club Preferred Bartender 😀 these guys are amazing.”
