“my wife and I stayed there from 9/22/22 through 9/26/22 in the handicapped room. on the night I arrived late in the evening(i must use a walker) I was trying to get into the front lobby and a gentleman came out and opened the door for me and took our luggage. I later found out his name was henry OSA and he was a staff member of the hotel. he showed us to our rooms and explained how everything worked and answered all of my questions. the room was very clean and well decorated and comfortable. the heater, air cond., t.v., and wi.fi.all worked well. henry was an exceptionally well-mannered, helpful, articulate, and overall pleasant member of their staff this also applies to daisy, sandra, and others whose name escapes me. my wife and I had absolutely no complaints as other reviews I had read stated and their price was much lower than other hotels in the area. minha esposa e eu ficamos lá de 22/09/22 a 26/09/22 no quarto para deficientes. na noite em que cheguei tarde da noite (devo usar um andador) eu estava tentando entrar no saguão da frente e um cavalheiro saiu e abriu a porta para mim e pegou nossa bagagem. Mais tarde, descobri que seu nome era Henry OSA e ele era um membro da equipe do hotel. ele nos mostrou nossos quartos e explicou como tudo funcionava e respondeu a todas as minhas perguntas. o quarto era muito limpo e bem decorado e confortável. o aquecedor, ar cond., t.v. e wi.fi.tudo funcionou bem. “Stayed here for a work trip. I called the day before to ask for a 1st floor room - I know this can't always be accommodated. And it wasn't but then I was put on the 4th floor on the other end of the hotel. There's nothing clean about this hotel. One tiny bar of soap, thankfully I bring my own. Stains on the bedding. Ceiling looked as if it would cave at any moment. Shady characters in the parking lot. The pictures online don't come close to what you get.”
