“Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙoʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏm when booking a stay. This web site will compare countless booking websites and normally will have prices much cheaper compared to others! Thank me later! This hotel is one of the most well known in this area. I have been coming here for a very long time. If you decide to stay here you will love it I'm sure!
One of the nicest places I have stayed in Berlin (and I have been to a few). Very friendly & professional staff, the rooms are spacious and very clean. Very central location. I will be back.”

“Although the price is reasonable and the location is good, the hotel is not worth the hassle. The bed we “slept” on was harder than a rock, meaning that there were a few restless nights. On the second night, the fire alarm went off at 3:30 in the morning because a guest had been smoking in their room. There were no employees to explain what was going on at the time, or where to go, or when it was safe to re-enter. On the third night, there was no hot water, so we showered in ice cold water. When we called the front desk, the employee brushed it off, telling us he “wasn’t a technician” and “couldn’t fix it.” The next morning we came down to the front desk and were told that it was a hotel-wide issue and that they hoped it would be resolved by the end of the day. Luckily it was, and we were lucky to have one last night without anything major go wrong.
There were other little things that were frustrating - we asked for an extra duvet one morning and returned to our room that evening to a king size duvet dumped on our bed that we then had to try and straighten out ourselves so it wasn’t a lumpy mess. We also weren’t told that breakfast was included in our stay when we checked in, which we found out on our second morning. There are no blackout curtains and the room gets bright around 5am.
